Beds and room were comfy. Breakfast at 6am was good for people here on business or interviews or early appointments. Shuttle one way to airport free. Lyft from airport paid for on arrival because shuttle wasn't available.

I could hear neighbors in the next room pretty easily. I wore earplugs to sleep early. Not terrible but I was hoping for better sound insulation with the price I paid.

Breakfast was wonderful with nice hot food. Really enjoyed the oatmeal and sausage links. My daughter loved the waffle station and variety of flavors. Honestly, this property went above and beyond in being gracious and helpful. All the staff were amazing and friendly and seemed to care about what they did. The place was clean and we had great sleep. The shuttle driver was super busy, but always patient and kind. Would definitely stay here again and again.

I wish the scrambled eggs were real, but I get that it is hard to provide daily. I also didn't love the pillows... they need more support, but that is also personal preference. No other complaints at all!

Great location for traveling to/from Charleston Int’l Airport. They provide parking for a fee and have a free shuttle available- couldn’t have been easier!

They sent the shuttle over as soon as we arrived to Charleston. Breakfast was amazing. Staff is very kind. Rooms are super clean!

The only thing I liked was that the hotel was clean.

I booked on Booking for $160.66, but the night receptionist withdrew $170 from my card and I was accommodated in a smaller room, although the room I booked was larger than the square foot. With the advice of my friends, I chose this hotel because I constantly travel to Charleston, but I left the hotel very unhappy

Centrally located, close to the airport, restaurants and the Tanger Outlet mall. Hotel also provides a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in a five mile radius. Breakfast was great, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly , but a big shout out to Sylvia who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a good one

This hotel was a nice find. It is very nicely maintained and the rooms, lobby and pool area were much nicer than I expected them to be. The breakfast in the morning was great, and the area it was located in had many shops and restaurants. We were only here overnight for a soccer game, but I would definitely stay again.

Nothing to complain about at all everything was great

The hotel seemed pretty clean overall and it was nice to have complimentary bottled water whenever needed going back and forth.

Curtains don’t close all the at forcing you to see the lights from buildings across the street flash into your room. Noisy rooms above and around us throughout the night.

Property was close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean we loved the outside fire pit. The rooms were very spacious.

We asked for the housekeeper to clean up our rooms and fresh towels. They put the fresh towels in there and didn’t clean the room

The hotel was extremely clean and all the staff I encountered were very welcoming and helpful.

We had a great stay at this location. Hotel is clean, bright and smells good. The breakfast was very good and complete. Glad they offered roasted potatoes and hot oatmeal, since I can't eat bread. Hot drinks selection was very good too especially to wind down at night.

It is a little bit of a drive to downtown Charleston (20 minutes), but would definitely stay here again if I come back!

The property was super clean. As I walked through the doors, the the hotels front lobby smelt so good. The receptionist was so sweet. The room was clean and new.

The continental breakfast was out super early, by 8:30 they were out of lot of stuff and the seating area was super packed.

Hotel was modern and in great condition. Outdoor pool and gas fire were superb. Grab and go pantry was very convenient.

Limited beer selection in grab and go pantry. Housekeeping was by request only which seemed odd for a room that cost $200/nt after taxes and fees.

The front desk gentleman was very helpful and helped us with restaurant choices. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable.
