Nice place to stay.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good. This hotel is attached to the Tru Hotel and has pool table, foosball and a few other kid friendly activities. Over all nice place. Its also pet friendly.

Everything was nice, very comfortable, we had everything we needed.

The breakfast was a great variety for all levels of health conscious (or non-health conscious) people.

Window blinds could be better maintained maybe?

visiting patient in the hospital across the street.

Located directly across from the hospital, so easy to get there to visit my grandma. Very clean facilities and super friendly staff. Staff was very helpful and was always smiling and making conversation. Would definitely stay here again!

A little reduction price for 2 night stay . I truly love the soap and shampoo/conditioner in bathroom.

I didn't like the short stay. I hate there weren't more handicap parking available.

really nice hotel. price for one night was a bit high but it was a last minute need.

the room and facility was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the shampoo/conditioner.

I wish more hotels offered turkey and not just pork during breakfast

It was a comfortable room will try it again when I come back to the city.

I'm sorry to say that as a guest we did not do breakfast. We were visiting my grandson at MTSU and he had made plans for both days that we were staying there. However it did look good and there area were it was being served look inviting.

We will not choose this hotel again.

Breakfast and location were good as well as staff with check in and check out.

The room’s carpet was damp and dirty. Walking around with socks for a short time turned the bottoms of the socks black. The fan on the air conditioner was loud all night. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Not worth the price.

Nice facility, but communication between front desk and custodial needs improvement.

I liked the location. and the employees were friendly.

The front desk does not communicate with custodial staff when a customer has asked for an late check out. Therefore, the custodial team consistently be knocks on the door to wake the customer asking when are they checking out.

the hotel atmosphere for our team to hang out and even though it was sold out for a busy sports weekend the hotel breakfast and pool was never too crowded. lots of options for breakfast too!

Location is great. Hotel rooms were super clean and roomy. Very modern look and feel.
