De kamers waren echt vuil. Toilet was bij aankomst verstopt, werd snel hersteld maar nadien niet gepoetst. Parking is enorm duur.

I love how fast they responded to our request? Front desk was helpful? Servers was very friendly and greeted us with aloha always?

Our count of people was four but we always requested for a extra towels we always end up with 3 towels?

A nice stay if you want to avoid the “zoo” of Waikiki

Clean, comfortable and located in a quiet part of town. There’s a decent selection of eateries located nearby as well.

One thing to note, when making reservations for this property, the room with one king bed says it sleeps four. However, the pull out sofa bed is a twin size bed, hardly big enough for two adults and only suitable for two small children.

friendly staff. Snack trays are awesome.

I had to call every morning to get clean wash cloths and towels. This hotel has 7 Floors and the smaller pool ever. And only eight loungers. for the price this is ridiculous!!! Very disappointing.

The price. Over 300 a night in Kapolei? And no bidet? At least a Toto bidet on the toilet for that price.

great hotel in quiet surroundings

very quiet location, supermarket close by. hotel was super clean and modern

A couple of facilities were out of order (whirlpool, Japanese restaurant) which was a bit sad. bedroom near the stairwell gets loud noises of the door to the stairs as they close with a bang every time. the pool is also much smaller then it appears on the picture and due to its location only has sun in the early morning and late afternoon which was a bit sad.
