Very good

The online check-in worked properly, but the doors are not yet ready for code entry by guests. We called the parent hotel and staff let us in and provided a key card within 2-3 minutes. Location is close to the Alcazar, Plaza de Espana, and historic town center. The staff at the parent hotel are very helpful, well-trained professionals.

Noise from the room above us and the hallways was not excessive, but clearly audible. The refrigerator was not cold, more of a cool storage space. Some glasses for the bathroom would be helpful; we used the coffee cups from the main room.

Beautiful hotel, great location.

Beautiful hotel at a great location, the room had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing, I'd recommend contacting the hotel beforehand to arrange for a staff member to let you in. The main hotel is only a few minutes walk away, so if there are issues these are easily solved. Sergio was extremely friendly and thoughtful, a great asset to the hotel. My room was stunning, the location is really good for exploring the city. Overall a really great stay, would be my go-to if I visit this wonderful city again!

The only slight disappointment was the service at the main hotel's restaurant/bar, I'd recommend eating out and getting breakfast at one of the nice brunch places close by.

The location was absolutely ideal. The room was immaculate every day.We have no complaints at all

Everything was great. The only issue was that when we arrived in the evening there was nobody there to meet us. We managed to call your office and get the the door entry number. It was a slight panic but it ended well.

We were perfectly happy with everything.

Exceptional apartment in perfect location

From the moment we landed late and needed help accessing our room to the luggage storage, and free coffee and biscuits offered to us upon our check out, the employees at Rey Don Pedro's partner hotel provided us with exceptional service. The room was lovely (cleaned daily) and the location absolutely perfect for easy access to all of seville's top attractions. Just to cap it off, the value was excellent too Would 100% stay here if visiting Seville again. Muchos gracias!

Quite an exceptional property with everything you need.

One of the nicest examples of accommodation I have ever stayed in, in a really beautiful and picturesque location in Seville. Sergio is a great host and you can expect a high level of customer service and a warm welcome if you stay here.

We actually ended up staying at the El Rey Moro Hotel Boutique. The staff were really lovely and helpful with recommendations. Sergio was especially great and gave us amazing tips for great restaurants ans tapas bars.

Hotel organised a taxi to take us to the airport and the taxi cost twice as much as an uber would have.

Sergio welcomed us and gave us the best indications to enjoy our stay. it was a true concierge service. We loved the Jacuzzi on the rooftop and the bicycle provided by the hotel. ❤️

Beautiful west facing room in ideal location

Gorgeous west facing garden room, overlooking the citrus trees which cover the plaza below. Little terrace, lovely bath and comfortable bed. Easy entrance to both guest house and room using a code. The location, next to Sevilla Cathedral and Alcazar Real, was perfect. It definitely felt like home.

Nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable bed, good location. strong AC which was important in the scorching summer.

Now we know it certainly would return

other than not able to fine it as not part of the main hotel it was great. Big bedroom and shower. AC great, very clean and had a fridge for the dogs and water. Good location and close to bars and restaurants.

Couldnt find it , didnt realise it was not part of the main hotel building so perhaps this information should be given in advance and a map would help other guests. We had to wait at the door for someone to come around and show you access and our room. Even the main hotel was difficult to find as in a small side road

Beautiful, great location, delicious breakfast

Location was very convenient, we could walk everywhere. There is a bicycle shop next door that provides great city tours. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Went to watch the football but the city was not prepared for the amount of people that came.

Bed was comfy and room was spotless.

the price was hiked up due to a European Cup Final taking place in the city. This is scandalous, and just people being extremely greedy.
