Very dirty and will never stay there again.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Our room was very dirty. The beds were made but there was dirt on both of them. Stains and actual dirt that you could brush off. There was glitter on the sheets. The floors were dirty and the chair in the room was so stained with filth that we had to cover it to sit on it. I asked for a different room but there were not any available. Even the elevators had handprints and smears all over. That was like that the whole stay. I will never stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay!

Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice. A pleasant stay.

The shower floor in room 204 is wonky. It's not a solid feel under your feet. Kinda bouncy, it feels like you're on a rubber ball. Sounds crazy but check it out. I'll be back. Thank you

It was okay but I wouldn’t pay over 90$ to stay there again. Sorry I didn’t save the photos I took .

The bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

Long black hair in and around the shower! Certain parts of table and tv stand dusty and dirty. The door to room 322 had a gap when closed. You could see the carpet in the hall. Lots of noise. Couldn’t sleep because of it.

Comfortable stay away from home!

Spent two comfortable nights at BW! Everything was great...the staff, room, breakfast options...etc!

Parking at night! Parking filled up fast. Although there is plenty of parking, I preferred parking in the front for safety reasons.

Proximity and price was decent

There were roaches and ants in the room, it looked like there were liquid stains on the floors.

Great facility and great staff.

Hotel was very clean and an excellent breakfast area. Room was well kept and roomy. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay easy to get to an great location.

Was a little noisy with its close location to the interstate.

Chambre très spacieuse. Personnel accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bien qu'assez éloigné du centre d'Austin, bien situé par rapport à nos centres d'intérêt.

Les prix des hôtels en grande majorité ont fortement augmenté par rapport à il y a quelques années, celui-ci ne fait pas exception.

Awful

It looked very nice

I was unable to check in at this location because the employee working the front desk was too lazy to get up to greet the customers. I waited 30 minutes and standing there at the front desk I called the front desk and no one answered. 5 minutes after I left booking.com called and the employee answered and hung up on him. It was extremely unprofessional and the hotel staff knew I was just getting back from the hospital so I had no choice but to sleep in a car with my kids because all the other hotels were booked in the area
