As a CSI (CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX) EXPERT I WOULD RATE THE FACILITY LOW.

The room was spacious and comfortable Location of the hotel.

The breakfast was fair but the scrammbled eggs were cold . The breakfast rolls were hard. Dinner was a joke. Way way overpriced . Meat was cold! Programming on the t.v was terrible! I requested a room with a balcony. Didnt get it. Althou the hotel was half empty and we were aware of many vacancies in rooms with balconies they said none were avalable! Room service had hardly nothing to offer us.

The rooms were very nice. They were a good size and nicely and recently decorated. They had everything you could need. The breakfast was excellent. Huge choice and range, all nicely prepared and presented

The book in process was slow. Their computer stopped working. During the stay, at points the reception was very busy and slow, people waiting ages. This meant that getting routine issues sorted became difficult. There was water and fruit provided for guests near reception during the day only for the first day of the stay but nothing for the remainder. The swimming pool is under renovation so there is access to a nearby private pool, the obtaining of entry tickets from reception was overly difficult. At times the hotel was extremely busy, the staff really didn't cope very well. Some were pleasant and helpful, others distinctly not. Parking during busy times was difficult. At various times during the evening and night local idiots on excessively loud motorcycles would go up and down the beach front. Finally, the television channels kept buffering frequently.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The staff were nice , cooperative and helpful. The rooms were clean . The hotel location is very good .

Terrible

The elevators didn’t work. Only one did. There was construction non stop and they workers were always in the elevators and it took us 20-30 minutes to wait for an elevator. The pool was closed the whole time and the service was really bad. The whole Bulding was dirty and the rooms were dirty and wet when we went to the room. It was a terrible experience I hope I can get a refund

Great location with modern superior Seaview rooms.

This hotel was very well located close to the beach. Breakfast was impressive and included a barista to fresh coffee. Sea view room had been recently refurbished and was modern airy and comfortable. Joshua on reception went out of his ay to ensure that you experienced the best stay possible.

Limited breakfast on Saturday.

We would come again for sure

The room was excellent, top view, super clean, and a fantastic breakfast. Doron at the reception was lovely and friendly. The beach is 2 mins walk, a great location. My son and I loved it!!!

There was a problem with elevator A. It didn't come and didn't show any indication that it worked, But the lovely manager explained they would check what the issue was. Other than that, It Was An amazing stay!!!

The best staff

Came with my autistic daughter as a birthday treat. She jumps and makes strange noises, but the staff made us feel very welcome. No one gave her strange looks or made us feel out of place. When she misplaced her phone EVERYONE helped look for it. The staff are beyond amazing!! And the refurbishments look nice too.

When we came, the pool was being refurbished so we had to go to a different pool that is not indoors or heated. Also, to walk to the beach took slightly longer because the quicker exit is also on a floor being refurbished.

Great stay in a good location close to the beach and public trasnsport

The hotel has a great location on Carmel Beach. The room we had - a Deluxe Suite had wonderful views. Good water pressure in the shower. Very nice & large breakfast buffet

Another good stay at this hotel which is my favourite in Haifa

location on the beach but very convenient, we had honeymoon suite which was spacious and had good views. The hotel reception and bar facilities are being redeveloped currently but this wasn’t a problem for us .

Superb

Food was very good, the room and the hotel generally was clean, we got everything we needed and all were very kind and pleasant.

The only thing I can find is that it was a little bit old (although well maintained), but I must mention in the same sentence that it's already in a maintenance phase and some of the top floors are already new.
