We had a great time!

The entire staff were awesome and they all made sure we enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived the room could’ve been cleaned a little better, but staff did accommodate us.

Comfortable, had everything I needed, drug needs to be bigger for those staying longer

My room was nice and comfortable.

I had to wait a few hours for a room down during my 9 day stay. But it was not to bad. I think checking on this who are staying first may speed up the day. Because all I requested were towels and sheets which I could change myself.

Great location, great rooms

The room was large and comfy. The pool was great and bigger than I thought it would be. The breakfast was yummy! We were right by the Brookfield Zoo, which was perfect for our trip.

The parking lot was being repaved while we were there.

Great location. Room was clean when checking in. Flexible check in as our flight was late

Bar/restaurant was closed almost all the nights there. Was supposed to be open 5-10. Breakfast items were not refilled when they ran out

Good place but needs management’s attention.

They have good breakfast options. Some front desk staff are excellent and know how to run the business. A receptionist with name Gali deserves appreciation. It is close to the highways - an easy way to the airport or downtown Chicago.

I stayed for four nights, and they did not clean my room. On the fourth day, a janitor knocked my door at 8 AM for room cleaning(which I had never seen before). I asked her to come back after an hour, and she never showed up. Seems like a poorly managed place. Does not worth for the amount I paid.

Be careful with this hotel. they charged us twice for the stay (7 thousand instead of 3) and didn’t give the money back. hopefully we’ll get it back in three days… except that the hotel is fine, but if you have counted money for the stay better choose other one.

The style of the room

The countertop wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. The bathroom could have been cleaner also. I wiped everything down and cleaned it to my liking.

Great stay! Well-designed rooms and friendly, helpful staff

Love the room set up of the studio. Very comfortable and well designed (e.g. hooks and shoe rack by the door, TV that can rotate to face where you are sitting, whether the bed, couch or kitchenette, movable cube ottomans. Breakfast is good too, and the staff were great!

We appreciate that dogs are allowed, but be aware that the pet fee is steep: starts at $75 and jumps up to $175 if you stay 7 nights or more.

I travel to Oakbrook every six months for doctor visit. After all my appointments and treatments it’s wonderful to come

This is home away from home relaxing friendly atmosphere.

That I could not stay longer to enjoy all the amenities they have for their guest.

Superb

Staff was amazing. They really made me feel at home away from home. No complaints at all.

All day long there were kids running back and forth down the hallway. That was the only disruption but my room was so nice I found a way to drown out the noise.

Overall it was a fair stay, but I will not stay there again.

The room was really clean and the staff was nice.

We had to call downstairs to the front desk a few times for noise and commotion in the hallway. The water in the shower was warm, not hot. Lastly I workout and all 3 treadmills were broken.

major issue w noise party above us kept us awake until past midnight we made three trips and calls to desk staff did best to address however quiet hours not enforced enough or sooner
