One of my favorite places to stay.

I love this room and comes her often.I love how it have a hot tub and shower in room.Rooms have lots of space in them.It’s right across the way from the casino

Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The breakfast was so good! The cooked portion was hot and fresh! We stayed there for a mini staycation. My kids went to a sports camp while my mom and I relaxed during the day. It was close to Graton Casino and 30 minutes from Bodega Bay. We took one afternoon and went to Bodega Bay. The weather was perfect and it was so peaceful there. There was enough options at breakfast that I could make my kids a healthy lunch to take with them to their sports camp. They also have a water dispenser where we all could fill up their water bottles. In the evening they provided a snack consisting of something pretty filling (fresh chili, soup, etc) I bought some frozen foods and snacks for our room. I only ended up spending about $20-40 a day on dinners for the 4 of us depending where we decided to eat. There were lots of options around us for dinner. The room was very comfortable and I was even able to bring my dog for a reasonable daily fee. I will definitely stay at Oxford Suites again.

The only thing that could have been better was they needed to keep the towels at the pool stocked in the evening.

Only one elevator working four entire hotel. No stairs were highlighted. No notice to customers at CB in or elevator about only one elevator. Possible fire hazard.

Staff and Restaurant Waiters were very accommodating..., just the beer I wanted & good food.

Location was perfect.

we love the location to Graton Casino The bar/restaurant is great. Hamburgers and fries delicious. Extra like cookies and free breakfast and cocktail hour add to the ambience The staff is friendly and helpful

The counter where the coffee pot was was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom

Location and very clean, breakfast is very good and they have a shuttle. Very happy with this hotel. Everyone that works there is friendly, except for 1 person.

One person that works there never seems friendly, not a people person. I thought the first time we met him maybe he was having a bad day. But I see he does it to everyone.

I wasn't able to get an ADA room on the website or at arrival but she accommodated me as best she could and it worked out great! The room actually looked like the website. That was refreshing. My room was spacious with a large window that actually opened. I love fresh air! My room had both a shower and a bathtub but separate. Very helpful to someone with mobility issues. Being able to come down to get coffee and breakfast instead of leaving every morning helped keep me on schedule. Laundry room was a plus. Great staff all around but special shout out to Courtney who was really helpful with my struggle during check out. Thanks again!

I partly booked because of the pool. For exercise. I thought it was supposed to be heated but super cold.

Wouldn’t stay at Oxford Suites again

Staff are all very friendly and the hotel is clean and well maintained.

The wi-fi was very spotty. We called the desk to notify them and also asked the front desk and where told to “forget network” and then try again. That didn’t work. It was still spotty, so using our laptops was a bit of a challenge. Also the pull out couch bed was super uncomfortable. My kid complained about it almost the entire night. Lastly, we booked this hotel because it was advertised that we could request a late checkout. I sent 2 emails before our stay to request this. When we checked in I requested it again and the clerk told us that we would need to ask in the morning of our checkout. I asked the morning of and my request was denied. I then called and expressed that I was disappointed and the assistant manager was able to extend checkout by an hour. Better than nothing, but still a disappointment considering we spent $400.00 just for *one* night for a basic room. Certainly doesn’t make you feel welcome and makes it feel like they just want the money and that’s it.

The breakfast is good. Location excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Nice view from our room. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a kitchenette because my husband has food allergies. The kitchen was really nice but not really equipped very well. No glasses, dish towel or dish soap, can opener etc. It is difficult to travel with all of these items. The hotel is pricey so I thought they could have a little more in the kitchen.
