Gut für eine Nacht bei Lage in Sunny Beach. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vie zu teuer für dass, was man bekommt - wir hatt

Geräumiges Zimmer. Sauber. Aufmerksames Personal beim CheckIn. Netter Pool. Lage.

Sehr hellhörig. Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, so dass das bad jedes Mal „unter Wasser“ stand. Kein gutes Frühstück (keinerlei frisches Obst oder Gemüse, Einmalbesteck/Geschirr - bei dem Preis und der Hotelkategorie hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet). Wecker im Zimmer ging einfach um 6 Uhr los. Parken sehr teuer (aber offenbar normal für die Lage). Weder am Pool noch am Strand gab es Sonnenschirme (am Strand gegen Aufpreis erhältlich).

Si llamas a recepción atienden rápido.

La limpieza principalmente, estaba muy sucio y limpiaban con instrumentos que no estaban limpios. A mi hijo se le cayó un jugo de naranja y limpiaron poniéndole jabón encima y pasando el trapo. Así que quedó empegostado todo el suelo como por 5 días más. El baño no tiene prácticamente privacidad y no colocan suficientes toallas. La nevera estaba súper sucia.

The management of the hotel should hire more responsible staff

The beach and the ocean are awesome. Good neighborhood.

1. Mediocre cleaning. The floor in our room remained uncleaned during the whole stay. Upon checking in, we found out that the bathroom was extremely dirty, there were leftovers in the toaster. 2. The hotel used to provide complimentary water every day. It is no longer the case. 3. Hot water provided for breakfast was disgusting - it was dirty, dark yellow and smelled terribly every day. Hence, we were unable to make some tea. 4. The housemaid moved the personal belongings and clothes around the room at her own discretion. In the meantime she forgot to provide us new towels. 5. Bad breakfasts. 6. Kitchenware was very old and dirty.

Hotel bom, mas estcionamento e breakfast precisam melhorar

Hotel bem localizado, checkin e checkou rápidos, quarto espaçoso e silencioso, cama confortável, chuveiro e banheiro funcionaram bem, poucos metros da praia com fácil acesso, bar e piscina muito bons.

Valet extremamente caro Breakfast precisa melhorar com mais opções de frutas e frios.

RESIDENCE INN SUNNY ISLES NUESTRA CASA EN MIAMI GENIAL

La ubicación por el vecindario fue maravilloso el lugar, tranquilo muy recursivo, supermercado cerca, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy. restaurantes Podíamos ir fácilmente a la playa caminando o el hotel tiene un servicio de carrito de golf que nos acerca a la playa. Hay un Mac Donald a 20 metros 24 horas. La playa de Sunny Isles maravillosa incluía el servicio de sillas y toallas, muy tranquila delicioso. La atención de Anaís en la recepción muy amable, agradable siempre muy sonriente y solucionando todo de la mejor manera. También Melisa en el desayuno muy amable y con muy buena disposición. Igualmente a Juan / Luis en el valet parking que nos ayudó y nos explicó tomar el bus 100 con todos los detalles. Tuvimos una estancia increíble. Volveríamos sin duda.

Muy poca variedad en el desayuno, deberían mejorar la experiencia del desayuno. El tema que nos cerraban la puerta del desayuno a las 10am no nos gustó, y luego quitaban todo rápido, se sentía uno como feo y no coincide con toda la experiencia de un formato hotel Residence Inn. Revalúen este tema del desayuno que sea mas familiar, un ambiente mas tropical y piensen en el huésped que estamos de vacaciones, playa brisa y mar.

Für max 2-3 Tage Akzeptabel

Früstück war sehr gut und man konnte draußen am Pool Frühstücken. Die Lage zum Strand. Die Betten waren sehr gut! Supermarkt ist fußläufig ca 250 M entfernt zu Erreichen.

Eingangstür war halb aus den Angeln gerissen und hing! Schiebetür zum Klo war nur schwer zu schliessen. Zimmer war unsauber. Duschtür hat nicht richtig geschlossen.

Would definitely come back and stay again. Very nice hotel.

Room was nice and beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. Location was very close to beaches, restaurants, and stores.

Only 3 washers and dryers in the hotel and each set was on a different floor.

Atendeu perfeitamente às nossas expectativas

Simpatia dos funcionários, em especial a Maggie/Margarida no check-in e check-out, compreendendo e atendendo às nossas necessidades. A localização é ótima se quiser ficar em Sunny Isles. Café da manhã mais simples, mas muito completo, não senti falta de nada. Águas todos os dias nos quartos. Quartos amplos, bem equipados e camas muito confortáveis. Vista do quarto de canto e do vista mar muito bonitas. Linda piscina.

A comunicação com o hotel antes do checkin não existe. Eu tive várias dúvidas que só foram respondidas in loco. O serviço de praia é ruim, pois é em parceria com outro hotel que fica bem longe. Para minha mãe idosa foi muito ruim ir até lá e o carro de golf não leva até lá. Sugiro mudarem a parceria ou fazer com que o carrinho leve até a entrada da praia do hotel parceiro. Como estávamos mais pelo torneio de tênis, atendeu bem às nossas expectativas.

Good location, spacious room.

The staff is not great except at the breakfast. We had staff entering our room at midnight while we were sleeping bringing blankets we never asked for. That was weird. Also there were additional costs not presented on booking.com.

I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Breakfast was great. Staff, very friendly and courteous. Margarita on 9th floor breakfast area was extremely helpful with my daughter’s lactose intolerance and provided information and help in alternatives.

The location would have been better if directly on the beach.

Salvo Alex, todo excelente.

Ubicación

El responsable del bar a la noche (Alex) no aconseja bien porque no conoce los platos. Dice cualquier cosa. La pizza es para 1 y nos dijo que eran 8 porciones. No conoce las salsas etc. etc. etc.

Todo muy bueno, cómodo, excelente ubicación y personal de front office bien predispuesto.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la limpieza de la habitación. Al parecer no registraron que estaba ocupada y el primer día no la limpiaron, el segundo día después de nuestra queja tampoco limpiaron la habitación. Claramente nos volvimos a quejar, vinieron a limpiarla y la persona que lo hizo vino enojada, no emitió sonido y cuando se fue dio un portazo. Esto lo comunicamos en recepción pero creemos que deberían tenerlo en cuenta para el futuro.

la ubicación buena

lo principal que publican un importe y luego los “extras”, adicionales que no están claramente especificados al momento de la reserva. esto incrementa mucho el precio final por noche. de 4 noches solo limpiaron 1 vez nuestra habitación porque llamé a recepción para reclamar.

Terrible place to stay in Miami!

The bathroom barn door fell down on my little daughter and caused injury, contacted the manager and reported the injury and after over two months no response from them.

There was a cold front in Miami and it was hard to control the temperature in the room. Rather uncomfortable in the common areas.

Dias muito agradáveis em sunny isles

Quarto muito confortável. Ficamos em studio de canto com vista linda pra praia de Sunny isles. Banheiro e quarto espaçosos, confortáveis. Apenas o chuveiro achamos muito fraco, desce pouca água.

El desayuno es muy completo y en un muy buen ambiente. El hotel está hubicado muy cerca de la playa y tiene servicios a los huespedes. Dan botellas de agua.

El Aire acondicionado no es facil de regular. Me dieron una habitación certa del ascensor que hacía mucho ruido mecánico.

I like the location of the property

My room was cold and the heat didn’t work and the staff was really rude and not helpful at all we went to the beach across the street we was taken by staff but ending up walking back because we was told transportation wasn’t available after we was told to call back when we got ready to go but overall they charged for like everything when it should have been including in the amount we paid for the room but overall I will never stay there again

Está bien sino te toca una habitación frente al elevador

Está bien ubicado, la habitación estaba limpia y la cama y las almohadas cómodas, parte del personal de recepción es muy amable y otro no tanto. El personal del servicio de valet parking era impecable

Es imposible dormir en las habitaciones terminadas en 08, que son las q están frente a los elevadores el ruido es tremendo, En la playa el servicio no incluye la sombrilla q se abona por separado, o puede llevarte tu propia sombrilla Llegamos antes del horario del check in y aún teniendo habitación disponible no nos la dieron, solo pagando unos usd 75 puedes contar con la habitación antes, si nos permitieron dejar las valijas en recepción.

El trato del personal, en lineas generales fue lo mejor.

Mi habitacion se suponia que tenia que tener un living y un balcon con vista. Tuve vista y no balcon, tampoco tuve living. En la foto tambien se mostraba dos camas dobles, habia solo una. El cuarto era diminuto en comparacion de lo que esperaba en funcion del precio. Tuve que recibir gente y tenian que estar sentados en la cama. Finalmente, en la tarjeta me vino un valor mas mayor de lo que ellos me indicaron. Jamas me respondieron por ninguno de estos asuntos.

El desayuno muy completo y muy atento el personal. Te regalan un trago por noche por persona. Además de botellas de agua. El servicio de playa esta muy bien es a 300 mts pero te llevan en un carro de golf
