The location was close to many restaurants

Plenty of open common space with tables and TVs. Pool had a patio area with grills. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Receptionist was polite while checking us in and dealt with a room assignment problem cheerfully and patiently.

Breakfast was okay but not over the top. We asked for side by side rooms but they could not accommodate. However, we were close to each other. The facility was fully booked and we were late arrivals.

Room was great

The pool water had stuff floating on it. Breakfast was not what I expected.

Hilton was excellent will be stay there again.Everyone was so professional and helpful.

Nothing was wrong

The location was located right near the outlet mall. It had many places to eat and shop. It is in the perfect location. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. The pool was dirty and I asked for it to be cleaned and they did. Loved the dishes they provided and the fridge and freezer.

The sofa bed could have been better. I had to use the cushions because the head of the sofa bed had a lean to it. It was almost like your head was down and legs were up. The cushions did help when I used them. Maybe time for a new mattress. One of the elevators was down so it was slow to use just the one

Location was perfect. It was in a good area with shops and plenty of restaurants nearby, easy to access off the interstate, and only 20 minutes +/- from where we needed to be each day. Pricing was budget friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a decent variety of food and drinks such as juices, waters, coffee, milk. Beds were a little stiff, but I slept well. Room AC worked great! Staff was overly friendly, making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Shampoo and body wash in the shower, which is amazing! Rooms and rest of the hotel were maintained really well and clean. Saltwater pool was nice to jump into at the end of the day on Friday. They also have complimentary waters and a market by the desk which included frozen meals, ice cream, bottled drinks like sodas, powerades, and waters, and also snacks like cookies and chips. The hotel is also pet friendly, which is a huge thing for us considering this was and will be our main reason for staying here from here on.

The pool was dirty and ended up being closed down Saturday, which was a disappointment. While we were swimming Friday night, there were a bunch of other people in the pool and they were so loud my daughter and I ended up cutting our swimming session short, but this is no fault of the hotel's.

Close to everything we needed. Nice hotel, clean except for the pool. Rooms were nice with plates, cups, and utensils available in your room. Overall it was a nice stay.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. It looked dirty just looking at it like it needs a good scrubbing then you go in the water and you see a huge amount of hair and scum floating around like the filter isn't doing anything and that was at 9am. We were the first that day in the pool. Also it was freezing for a pool we were told was heated. I was on the 4th floor and for days the elevator area smelled like dog poop. Don't know why but that was the only area that didn't smell good.
