Family funeral in town. Staff allowed us to meet in lobby and meeting room space over several hours. Very accommodating!

The location was amazing! Easy to get around and there were many stores and restaurants nearby. A huge plus was that it was very close to Jordan Creek Mall!

Large bathroom, everything was new and clean. Staff was prompt in restocking towels in the pool. Sad that the pancake machine was broken, but breakfast was still enjoyable. Staff was happy to let us check out at noon instead of 11am, AND it was communicated to the cleaning staff!!
Shower curtain was flimsy- didn't keep water in the tub.

Staff were excellent and very helpful in assisting with late checkout due to winter storm that had interstate closed for us to get home.
Lovely decor
The hallways to the rooms were extra wide to accommodate suitcases and bags which was very noticeable and made stay more pleasant.

Loved the veggie omelet, overall breakfast was amazing! Bed was very comfortable.
I was looking forward to a hot soak - my room had a shower only. I didn't notice there was only a pool when I had hoped for a hot tub.

Easy check-in and check-out, hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was great and the breakfast was nice.
Wish the hotel pool was bigger. Feels like a check the box size but kids still enjoyed it. Helps that they were the only ones in it at the time though.
