The work spaces and coffee bar were extremely helpful. The printer did not work for us, but the staff helped with that. I also appreciate the breakfast and being conveniently located to both Starbucks and Longwood.

I wish you could hear a little less through the walls since there were a lot of other very active guests and I could hear the person next door snoring. The beds and pillows are also not very comfortable. Overall workable for 2-3 days, but I couldn’t do a week.

For the price of a room for the weekend more breakfast options are needed

Nobody came to the room the entire weekend to see if we needed our beds made or to bring clean linen

I like the walk in shower, and the decor.

The toilet made a weird noise about 10 seconds after the tank filled.

Breakfast was Fantastic! Mr. Jo did an amazing job!

Breakfast was good.. enjoyed the gym that they had. The pool area was nice but you can't really enjoy it because of the time of check in and check out.

The 2 girls at the front desk.. I booked and paid with booking . Com.. I showed it to one of them and she told me it was for another place.. I said I'm confused because it was for that hotel and fully paid for. She charged me 250 plus what I had already paid 160... She outright told me there was not any confusion.. she wanted noting to do with me until her manager came out because she had a problem with another guest... No hospitality at that place

The people who worked there were the friendliest people I’ve ever met!!!

We only had two tiny pillows. We were told there were no other pillows.

The only thing we found was that the sink in the bathroom did drain very fast, and the last morning we were there, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain at all. I was able to pull out some black gunk/hair out of it enough to drain.
