I wouldn't go again. The experience wasn't relaxing and I was made to feel uncomfortable.

Very quiet and cozy place in Chamonix

- Very quiet, yet central spot in Chamonix (5 mins walk into the city centre) - Beautiful Spa garden with three saunas and a cooling pool. It‘s all not too big but never got crowded during my stay. - Delicious breakfast with outstanding service - Amazing mountain views

- I had a stunning view from my balcony. However, it was not really usable with just two uncomfortable metal chairs and a table with an ashtray. Also missing some privacy protection to the neighbors. I think, it’s a shame that this is not equipped better. I’m sure I would have spent quite some time there. - I had a privilege room and the layout is somewhat odd with a bath tub placed directly at the entrance (no shower!). Also, this first part of the room was a bit dark. Wasn’t that big of an issue for me though.

Exceptional

Really lovely hotel. Lovely alpine-style room with an amazing balcony view! Great breakfast, beautiful garden to relax in, friendly staff. An easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town where there are heaps of great options for dinner.

view is great . facing mountain and the jardin. Room size is bit small for 2 people, but luckily there is a cozy reception to stay.

Buffet breakfast is bit far too expensive 22 euro.

Enjoyed the stay immensely and would love to visit again.

The detail of hotel was wonderful, very comfortable and inviting. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I wish the Jacuzzie hot tub did not require a fee to use.

Fairytale Stay

Phenomenal

Absolutely blown away by the quality of this hotel. We stayed in the smallest cosy room and it was perfect. The outdoor steam room, saunas and log cabin with a fire were incredible - the pictures do not do it justice! Super helpful and friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

The cozy chalet

The breakfast with always fresh pastries was great. We loved the cozy atmosphere of the wooden chalet and warm saunas after skiing. Staff was always helpful. We would definitelly return.

The wifi was not reaching to our room.

Superb

A very beautiful hotel! It’s alpine garden is truly magnificent, the room was very nice too. the breakfast was awesome! There also was such a nice Christmas ambiance

On Jan 1 the electricity suddenly turned off just in our room, this was very uncomfortable because you have to go down to the reception as there is no telephone in the room and when you call on their mobile they don’t usually answer!

Authentic and warm

Authentic and elegant wooden rooms with a cozy outdoors Spa. Lovely and warm personnel. Charlie, the sweet golden retriever who waits for you in the lobby.

The breakfast is 20 euros per person.

Comfortable and cozy place, 15 min walk from the city!

Breakfast is way to expensive for what it is. 20 euros would be fine if the eggs, omlette would be included and not paid extra

spa area is stunning and the room was also fantastic, the staff were also extremely nice. breakfast was also very tasty

spa area is only open from the afternoon on, and even though the breakfast was very tasty, paying extra for eggs in an already relatively expensive breakfast seemed a bit too much

Perfect in every way!

Everything was perfect! Comfortable and clean room. Beautiful facility. Excellent staff. great location and beautiful property. I can’t imagine a better place to stay.
