Superb

Great hotel if you have an early flight at Ben Gurion Airport, very comfortable and spacious. Free shuttle to the airport every hour is great and they even provide breakfast basket.

On Shabbat the mall is closed in the evening and as there is no restaurant, you have to order the food for dinner.

Certainly met our expectations.

Staff were easy to deal with. They were able to understand, or went to great lengths to understand our NZ accent.

Difficult to negotiate the hotel layout. Perhaps more signage in English.

Nearest hotel to Tel Aviv Airport. Excellent breakfast!

Friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast and comfortable room. The hotel is also located above a small shopping mall with numerous food options.

The breakfast was amazing. The ONLY good part.

Difficult to find the front desk. Odd entrance. Charged by person …even children. Was charged more at checkin. Hotel is dark room was like a hostel and needs to be updated. Marks on walls hole in walls. Parking is bizarre. Was charged at entry gate before getting to hotel and was not informed how to get that back.

Our stay was brief but it met our needs.

Room was clean. Hotel was fifteen minutes from the airport. Breakfast was excellent. Free shuttle to the airport was great.

A brilliant airport hotel.

This is a brilliant find. It is at the top end of 4* for cleanliness and comfort. Staff are friendly and efficient. There was even a bonus happy-hour upon arrival, which I had not been expecting. The 15-minute shuttle to/from the airport works well. It is basically worthwhile to book a cheaper flight leaving/arriving at unsocial hours, and use this hotel instead of an expensive taxi to get to/from the airport in difficult hours - it is more relaxing and excellent value.

Great communication with the hotel and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big and airy.

The laundry costs are a little high and it takes 48hrs to have your laundry done. I found the traffic noise from the main road a little loud but then I live in a very quite location.

A more than adequate, convenient overnight stay near the airport.

Complementary snacks were served in the evening and breakfast was good. Very convenient location close to the airport. A shuttle can be arranged.

It is out of the way and the taxi driver did not know the location.

Too expensive, poor facilities

Nothing.

The price was too expensive considering the shabby facilities. I requested the bathtub and the hotel confirmed it in advance. However, when I checked in, there was no room with a bathtub available anymore. The room was spacy, but the facilities were very basic. Poor amenities. Air conditioner did not work.
