Emplacement Chambre spacieuse, confortable Personnel compétent et aimable Accès par les couloirs à l’Anantara hôtel, magnifique, avec petit déjeuner au New York café

Very very good

Location was very good everything about the hotel was great. Rooms lovely and spacious, didn’t try the breakfast. Staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough to help

Having to pay €50 as you arrive for the minibar and if you touch nothing in it you get it back, slightly ridiculous. Washing machine in room and says that if you use it they will have to charge you €250 Incase you damage it. Was kind of scared to touch anything to be honest

Perfect for families. Outstanding level of service.

Perfect for families. Our apartment was spacious and clean and fully equipped with cot bed and high chair for our baby. The housekeeping, reception and breakfast team provided an outstanding level of service, making sure we had an excellent stay on all aspects. As people of colour, we can ensure that NH collection Budapest was really safe and extremely welcoming to us. Highly recommend and we will stay here again on our next trip to Budapest!

Although the hotel is extremely clean, it could do with a little bit of renovation but it didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is located in a busy area/quite central so it can get a bit noisy. This is the only reason why I didn’t give a 10/10

Average hotel, has some hiccups

The breakfast option

I had to room change twice. Clogged sink in first room. Sink stopper not working in second room. The third room was clean, however the telephone didn't work; had to go down to front desk with questions.

friendly hotel in the middle of the city

big apartment-style room. fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, stove etc.), washing machine as well. bed was comfy with plugs (incl. usb) right beside it. quiet street in a busy neighborhood. location absolutely fitted our needs – one metro station to Keleti train station. lots of public transport options in 1 minute walking distance. staff was friendly and helpful. supermarkets and lots of restaurants are close by.

bathroom was a bit weird – it looked newly renovated, but every way to shower flooded the room because of a short shower screen. tv was big but only viewable from the couch/"livingroom side" of the room.

We would choose this property again

it was quiet and supermarkets are around the corner

there was only one elevator which was also heading to the garage. we had quite long waiting times and we were glad that our room was on the 3rd floor.

highly recommended hotel ♥️

- the studio apartment is great: the kitchen is very accessorized (oven, oven top, grill microwave, utensils, a toaster, glasses of all kinds, plates as well…). Really comfortable. - the staff is very caring. we had an issue with a package we were supposed to receive and the guy at the desk helped us truly above and beyond. a housekeeper came by after hours to make sure that the cleaning was ok and to our liking… - the cleaning was great. we had our water and coffee machine refilled, everything was organized, it was truly great. - the location is amazing. right at the center, super easy to go and return from anywhere in the city due to public transportation near by.

the only thing that was not to our liking was the view, our room was just in front of a construction sight at the moment, but I assume for others it was better.

Everything was excellent: room, breakfast, cleanness, Wi-Fi connection, personnel support, proximity to travel objectives and public transport. Room was huge (we had an apartment with internal stairs to the bedroom) and has all you need: hair dryer, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, vessel, etc. Furthermore, we've been expected with fresh fruits on the table. Nice and elegant!
