The hotel feels like 4 star so the price is a bit high for that. Loved the pool area and that it was on the lake and the room was large.

Funny smells in lobby and restaurants They area is a bit run down.

Perfect vacation getaway, great property, great staff, great location!

From the very start, we were greeted warmly by Yonatan at the front deck, whose first action on a 100+ degree (F) day was to ask if we would like a bit champagne, OJ, water while we go through the check-in process. The champagne hit the spot! Yonatan then surprised us with a free room upgrade, as well as goodies awaiting us in our upgraded panoramic sea view suite! A bottle of wine, a fresh fruit platter, and scrumptious nut-fruit confections!!! As we are not fluent Hebrew speakers, he clearly explained everything about the resort in flawless English. The room was perfection! Spacious, cool, and wall to wall window with a private balcony overlooking the pool/beach/grassy grounds, all with killer views of the Kinneret! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was large and upscale. Everything was super clean. The private beach, the pool with large comfy cabanas fit the hot hot summer days perfectly! The buffet breakfast and dinner were boundless and plentiful, the staff courteous! At checkout, Yonatan provided us with cold water bottles and even called us a taxi! Yonatan is the best!!!! We absolutely loved our stay, and can't wait to come back!!!

Nothing to critique, everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay!

we really loved the hotel the stuff was great evryone was very nice clean rooms the food!!!! we sure going to stay there again the front desk stuff were very nice we remember Jonathan and raz very sweet and helpful we sure recommend this hotel to everyone !!!!!!!!

we had a little problem with the connection on the TV in the room guess it was the internet didn't work very well we let the staff know abut it and they sent some one to tray to resolve the problem

I would givel 11 stars if I can

I would give 11 stars if I can! This hotel is outstanding in every aspect. I have been here 4 times alone, and this was the 5th time I came with my family. Once again, they did not disappoint me! I arrived after hours, late at night, and there was fresh fruit in my room. The staff stayed up to accommodate me and was gracious and kind. Breakfast, the next morning was really out of this world! With a room filled with so many delicious food, truly unbelievable... the waiters were also extremely nice. Their amenities are amazing as well. The rooms are really clean, a rarity in tiberias with an awesome view of the beautiful kinneret. Great vibe and excellent top notch hospitality. I'll definitely be coming again!

The hotel is pretty but needs some fine tuning

The private beach was small but the hotel is not very crowded. The beach has nice calm water for the baby to play in. The concierge was very helpful and truly the best of the staff. He helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband.

Getting a response from this hotel was close to impossible. It made planning our stay very difficult. The food is not very good and limited. You cannot eat by the pool even when it’s a million degrees out. Checkin was a nightmare. Even when our room was ready no one could help us with our bags so we ended up taking the cart and doing it ourselves (same with checkout). The area leaves a lot to be desired. We would pass of Sea of Galilee on our next trip or go to a more remote and natural area.

one of our best holidays ever!

beautiful location, the staff especially Kim guest relations manager couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay so magical that we actually booked another 2 days as we didn’t want to leave. There was a beautiful friendliness from all the staff and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! I left a necklace of mine behind by mistake and Kim organized posting it to our next location with amazing efficiency. thank u U boutique for a wonderful stay! we will be back!!

peaceful, a perfect location for restfull location, brilliant food and amazing staff. we will definitely return

everyone was amazingly friendly. Kim looked after us with the greatest attention. He was extremely courteous and helpful at all times. We were enjoying the most beautiful views as the hotel is right on Sea of Galilee with nothing between and the sea that we extended our stay by a couple of days. The sun loungers around the pool were the most comfortable we have ever experienced . The food in the hotel for breakfast and evening meal was excellent and Louis ( food manager) and Jameel were so obliging when we asked for some grapefruit and again anything you asked it was efficiently done. Jonathon ( manager of front desk) was also friendly and helpful at all times.Fabiola at the evening meal was a delight and full of fun. Ken kept our room spotless and was very efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful voice and guitar of Mor Seporta in the evening so make sure you catch her repertoire Please don’t miss out on this fabulous boutique hotel! Absolutely fabulous pool . We had a panoramic view room which is breath taking and definitely recommend it. it’s spacious and a/c is excellent throughout hotel.

Beautiful hotel right on the shores of the Sea of Galilee!

Beautiful views of the Sea of Galilee from our room. The sunrise was spectacular! Everyone we came in contact with during our stay were delightful! The breakfast buffet was beautiful and delicious. Everything you could possibly want for breakfast and more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was wonderful! It was super clean and had really nice touches chocolate was left in our room every evening, cake and a bottle of wine was left in the room as we went to celebrate a birthday. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel; I wish I could be back there now!

The breakfast was outstanding! So many choices, and the cappuccino machine, and the staff took excellent care of us. Also loved the pool---it's a freshwater pool, no chlorine, immaculately clean. The sun beds were fun and covered in clean towels (as were the lounge chairs), and this guy came around once in a while and offered us ice cream bonbons. The service was helpful and perfect.

The price was high, but I guess that's what it costs to run such a nice hotel.

High class hotel, beautiful design, great location.

Contemporary hotel with beautiful big rooms and spa like bathrooms. Huge pool and small private beach access to Kinneret. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Good parking on site. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
