Good but tainted by some bad details.

Liked the decor and rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was not clean - you can see it in corners of the room. Our friends found a toenail clip in their room, we had breadcrums. Also, one side of the hotel has bad smells coming from the aeration systems.. it was disappointing.

Very good

Loved the size of the room and the size of the bed. Loved how convenient everything was in the room; the sink area wasn’t in the bathroom but it was unusually helpful because doing hair, makeup and other things meant I had more space! The rainfall shower was beautiful and the water temperature was perfect. Perfect amount of wardrobe space and the balcony was good for having a moment to myself! I love how close the hotel is to the main strip, but how hidden enough it is that the area is quiet. The check in staff was always so helpful with every request I had and the night staff were always so friendly wishing me a safe night and making sure I got into the hotel and back to my room safely and with everything I needed. The aesthetic was amazing! Everything was clean and open and relaxing!

I think breakfast options should be worked on a little bit more; just seemed a bit all over the place. A lot of options but not always things that go well together! Should also consider more veggie options. The chef who made my eggs was absolutely lovey but, did not pay a lot of attention to quality control - he served me runny egg yolk with blood in it twice during my stay! The room I was given was top floor, first room to the right of the lift, balcony overlooks the pool and pool seating area. This room was not good, as I could hear birds and animals squeaking at night and landing or fluttering on the roof. Many times it sounded like they had come into the room which was creepy and affected my sleep loads

Decent hotel but not boutique

Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and well decorated, mainly on the common areas. Beds are comfortable. Location is right in the center of Lloret so you can walk anywhere.

Overall is not a bad hotel, but it's definitely not a 4* Boutique hotel. It has more than 50 rooms which all share only one tiny swimming pool. Breakfast is ok but nothing special (the usual all inclusive-style buffet). Rooms were clean, but small and very basic. I would better describe it as a typical 3* family-holiday hotel.

It was a great stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this great hotel with a very good location, nice rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. The whole staff was so kindly and helpful and i want especially thank Ewelina at the reception desk. Thank you so much for all your recommendations and your friendly smile every day!!! Great food, great hotel, good location.

amazing breakfast and dinner. very friendly staff and nice looking hotel.

there were issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi. very often it randomly disconnects. other than the internet issue, the hotel was amazing. if they could fix the Wi-Fi, it’s a 10/10 hotel.

Great value for money

Fantastic breakfast! The chef prepares pancakes, eggs or crepes at your request. Very nice lobby area, and great rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is great, but please bear in mind it's in a bit noisy area: not too far from a kid's playground and parking. The breakfast area was a bit too overcrowded.

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Great location to the centre and also the main bus station (buses to Girona, Barcelona, Blanes, Airports) was one block behind hotel. Really nice buffet breakfast with good options and chef there to make fresh fried eggs, omelettes and pancakes.

Altough room was cleaned every day, the sheets were never changed (6 night stay). Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room (no problem asking for hot water from the bar)

Location is ideal walking distance to public transport, shops and beach. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and dinner option very good value and lots of choice.

Room was alot smaller than expected. TV was very basic Mattress wasn't the best rather thin

I had to visit my family who live in Lloret, and it was a perfect location for me.

The most important aspect of any hotel is the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff

Just a little thing....I would prefer if possible to have a choice of a carafe of coffee if I wish, rather than from a machine

Beautiful but not a boutique experience

The hotel is beautiful, they serve fresh water all time and the staff is amazing welcoming. The pool area is small but for sure has it's charm.

The only thing that the facilities and the name boutique doesn't match experience with many kids screaming and jumping in the (tiny) pool and the breakfast and dinner as a crowed loud buffet. The quality of the food was not the best. From what I believe it's a couple's boutique experience, this hotel miss the point.

Everyone at the hotel is very kind and helpful. Davi is a unique Maître d’Hotel who highly contributes to the lively atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you to all.

Maybe a more competitive price for the parking spots.

disappointing

friendly staff

not a boutique hotel, nor a 4star hotel. Facilities were not up to standards and the room was not soundproof at all. The pool is very small for the amount of guests they host. We requested a double room with a double bed and got 2 single beds instead with no option to change. Will not be returning to this hotel.

excellent staff, nice deco, super location

High level of service, from reception desk, cleaning crew to all the restaurant crew.Amazing atmosphere.Great choice for the breakfast.Clean and nice decoration.Well located to reach beach and restaurants.Same time you are not located in the middle od party area.

Wi-fi connection. In 1 from 2 rooms that we had reserverd air-co was not working well.However those were no blockers for the stay at all.

beautiful but noisy

the staff was lovely and the decoration was really peaceful and beautiful

our room (158) was right next to a stone/tile stairwell that connected right to the lobby, which meant that we got a lot of noise traveling from the ground floor coming right through our bedroom door. I’m a light sleeper, and I didn’t love that. could do better to insulate the bottom of the doors to prevent sound coming in, at the very least.

Great pool, staff, breakfast & dinner 😍

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a few days and we loved it! 😍 The staff are extremely nice, the rooms are clean and the pool is excellent! I highly recommend getting the dinner package together with breakfast, it’s really a good worth for the money 👌🏻

Fantastic hotel

A lovely hotel, really comfortable with a lovely pool and bar area. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, staff were so kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival the shower and balcony had a lot of other people's hair in them. Luckily the rest of the stay more than made up for that.
