room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dark.

staff was not very helpful. We were supposed to have 2 rooms, but warned the hotel in advance the other room would not be needed as the plane of our friends was cancelled. However, the staff forced us to pay the full amount breakfast included. Breakfast room was nice but incredibly busy, with many food offers running low, no cups for coffee, low on glasses and one coffee machine was broken, meaning long queues. Reception area/bar is gloomy

Overall a great stay with no complaints. The staff are great and met all my needs. For example, I requested prior to arrival a room with a street view. I was informed the staff will do there best to accommodate me. When I got there I was given a room with a street view. The location is great only about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Rooms come a standard extra large double bed. If you are looking for a hotel that is central with rooms at a high standard you won't go wrong with this one. FYI - I am normally a glass half empty guy ;)

Whomever owns this establishment needs to understand that if want to charge 4 or 5 star prices they need more employees at the front desk, especially during peak check in/check out times. There was a line of customers both times when I did. One poor employee trying to handle a multitude of pissed off patrons. Find somewhere else because for approximately $200 a night, which they charge, there are plenty in the area. I moved to another hotel because I extended my stay and Im very glad they could not accommodate my extended stay. I paid almost $50 less a night and it was much better. **The worst stay of 9 that I had in Spain for 2 months**

We liked the location, facilities were clean, nice bathroom products, and the electric kettle was stainless steel instead of plastic. Plus, the desk employees were very very helpful,

Good-sized room, good location. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and handwash in the bathrooms. We were very close to many squares with lots of restaurant options, just up the street from the sol station square so easy to take a metro or even a train anywhere.

Hotel charged my card before I arrived and then reversed it, fine. On arrival they asked me to pay the full rate which I did. On top of that they again asked me for my card as security, which I couldn't quite understand. Checking in took almost an hour and one receptionist was a bit clueless and the other a bit brusque. When we asked them to empty our mini-bar as we had bought things to put in, we were told to take everything out ourselves and just leave it at the side. Instant coffee was provided but only decaff. Coffee cups were not cleaned twice in a row. Again, if this is something that guests are meant to do and we didn't, I apologise but perhaps we should be told this on arrival. It's not a big deal and we would be happy to if we were expecting it. Located very close to something like a benefits office or care centre so a little disconcerting.

Great central location. Easy walk to all major attractions in the old city.
