Friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel

That you had to request your room needed to be cleaned.

Historic hotel with modern updates-comfortable beds, amazing shower and unique place to stay.

We wished the breakfast had more to offer, but there are restaurants on site.

The location of the hotel, the property quality and most importantly the dedication and warmth of the staff made our stay a great one. Would definitely return in thr future.

The convenience and bar staff were very friendly.

Housekeeping was understaffed. Free breakfast was sub-par.

In addition to wonderful room with comfortable bed, great large screen tv, wonderful bathroom and shower, quant balcony with nice view, hotel offered two restaurants (one on rooftop with great bar), and nice complementary continental breakfast!! We loved our stay!!!

Nicely renovated historic hotel. The taproom restaurant was excellent.

Fire alarm testing went off w/o notifying first. The continental breakfast was unexceptional.

Everything was great… until i woke up and there was a roach in the bed

A # of access doors were “closed”/not inuse. Using a cam & backbrace it was Unfortunate that I had to walk from the back parking lot up to the main entrance.
