Idéalement situé, au calme, à deux pas du centre-ville, Perdo est un hôte idéal! Du petit déjeuner, délicieux riche et variés (produits frais et locaux), aux conseils journalier afin de satisfaire au mieux votre séjour (plage suivant la météo, activité en fonction des envies de chacun, ballade et lieu magnifique à découvrir.) On se sent comme chez soit à Ça S’Arader! L’hôtel et très bien décoré, sobre et très propre. Petit plus pour la chambre avec rooftop offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville et ses alentours.

It’s not only a wonderful hotel, it’s a place where you feel at home. We stayed at Ca s’Arader for a week and it was just perfect, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and the nicest host you could wish for. Pedro gave us the best recommendations on what to do and see during our stay as well as places to eat and nice beaches. The location is great, in the city centre of Ciutadella, walking distance to all sights and restaurants, but still in a calm side street away from the noise and hustle. We enjoyed every minute there and had a hard time leaving.

Amazing hidden gem

This is an amazing hotel, close to everything. The owner Pedro could not have been more welcoming. His knowledge of the city and the island is excellent and on hand to share with you what you need to know. The room was larger than average and the addition of the roof terrace was outstanding. Breakfast was all locally sourced. Can't find a single fault with this place

Great hotel, great host, great breakfast. Very clean and comfy beds. Great shower and amenities. This is the place you want to stay when you're travelling to Menorca

Perfect Host // Great location // Stunning Property

The guest house is restored beautifully and Pedro's attention to detail throughout gives a real feel of luxury with a modern twist on authenticity. Pedro is the prefect host with a vast knowledge of the island and where to find the best wild beaches, where to eat and how to navigate the changing winds. We took on board most of his reccomendations and were never dissapointed. Pedro even gave us tips on where to go when we stayed in a different part of the island. Location is very central and perfectly placed to explore everything Ciutadella has to offer. We are already planning our next visit.

We can highly recommend hotel Ca s’Arader. The owner is a fantastic host and provided us with many great tips of destinations to visit and activities. The hotel is very cosy and well taken care of, and the breakfast, served by the owner, was excellent. 10/10!

Great location, room, host and breakfast

It is a small hotel, with large well furnished bedrooms and took COVID restrictions serious, whilst maintaining a personal touch. Separate serving utensils at breakfast per room meant safe access to a fantastic buffet of high quality local foods. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and gives great recommendations of what to do each day and where to eat. It is in a really good location in a quiet part of the old town and the free parking is nearby. The host will contact you by What’s App on the day of your stay and give you directions of where to park and meet you when you arrive so important to state your time of arrival with the booking.
