Ça était un séjour raté pour toute la famille en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels ……

Mis à part sa situation géographique rien du tout

Hormis le personnel très agréable et très gentil tout le reste ne nous a pas plus

Breakfast ok. Coffee not graine . Not good. Eggs like soup

I send an email request for reservation 3 times. I called 4 times. No one answers. I had to send a friend to make me a reservation. All this is a sign of management not paying attention to what is going on.

I came from long flight long journey and I couldn't sleep there the room smells and the bed shift itchy and dirty so l paied one night to keep my bag there and coudint sleep coz its very very dirty I was disappointed the room smells I only liked the views was amazing

Knowing ibis Hotels from Europe or elsewhere, this place will meet your expectations. It's just the same like everywhere else. Given that, it is quite expensive compared to local prices, but after all, everything works perfectly, the rooms are well-maintained, the breakfast has a large variety, Internet works, there's an ATM at the entrance which accepts international cards and the staff in general is quite friendly. As an individual backpacking tourist, I made an odd appearance there but it was really a good choice for arriving in Algeria for the first time. Especially after I walked appx 2 hours from the harbour, since I neither had local money for a taxi nor Arabic skills to explain my situation, I was very happy to find a good shower, air conditioning and a really comfy bed.

You have to ask for a new Wifi code at the reception every 24h. English is not well-understood by everyone working there but I eventually managed to get every message across in very limited French. The location is ~45mins walking distance from the city centre, so not really close, but there are good shopping and dining options in the Gambetta suburb south of the hotel.

The towel was not clean and I requested to change it night time and service was not available morning I requested 3times and it took 1 hour to change it

people at reception and restaurant were very nice and their service was excellent

quality of the room, lots of things are broken and not replaced or repaired, but the worst was how was the room smelling because of the broken sink drain

Second day broke the stay

Beds very comfortable, sense of security, window insulation, no noise.

They didn't clean our room until 18:20 and we didn't get clean towels until 20:45
