Nothing been good No neatness very old

Hotel is like haunted Very old .. seems like garrage Hot water complaints

the food and the service by the staffs are good..

there are no water heater.. Hot water not available.. Room is filthy and you can see Cockroaches everywhere.. no proper seat or table in the room to sit..

The rooms were decent. However it could have been a lot better . I felt this was the only positive if at all. Also the complementary breakfast was decent. But still the tea and coffee offered were very cold and unpleasant.

There were many things that was pathetic and below standards. There were no room service for food or anything from the restaurant. This is quite the opposite of what is listed in the facilities offered by the hotel. There were no ala carte offered in the restaurant which was really shocking to say the least. The tea and coffee offered to our rooms on both the days we stayed was only because I insisted them multiple times. Even so the beverages was very cold and unpleasant. The hotel was really running severely understaffed and there were nobody to guide us through our payment query. If this was not all, initially they did not honour the booking made through booking.com . They said since we did not make any payment upfront they assumed we will not turn up. Hence we had to make an advance amount of 5000 and also they increased our total amount by 400rs more than what booking.com offered us for 2 nights. This is one of the most pathetic hotels I have ever visited. I hope booking.com evaluates the hotel before showing up these kind of hotels in your application. Also the hot water mentioned in the facilities was 24hrs..but the timings for hot water was 6-10am in the morning and 6-10pm in the night . The wifi was way too slow and I could not even open Google using their internet speed. The tv provided did not have signal for most of the channels. Overall the worst service a hotel can provide

Not worth for money ...too bad interior and room facilities.very worst breakfast ...we have paid two days rent instead of one day stay .,asked refund they denied ...very bad experience ...booking . com also not provide to any soloution ..never get this type of worst experience ...I spent 15000 for two rooms ..for 6 hours stayed in this property...who are going stay here god only will save ...

Hats off to the team . Hotel is clean and quite. Peaceful for a relax mode stay. Will be back to this property during my next visit. Thanks for making our stay well😍
