Un poco más de cuidado a las habitaciones, se ven ya un poco desgastadas

Nothing due to so many issues I had.

The a/c unit in our room makes a massive clicking noise. I asked to please move room and I was moved 4 times. The other room was not cleaned when I entered. The next room a/c was being repaired and items were everywhere. After spending 2 hours fixing g my room situation. The next day after returning from the Disney parks when I entered my room no one had cleaned the room or left us new clean towels. When I went to the front desk they said that they would clean the room at the end of your stay and if I want clean towel or the trash thrown away then I would need to do it myself. The room trash would need be placed outside your door which made all the hallway smell due to everyone trash was outside. If you needed towels then you would need to get them your self everyday. Parking is $27 a night per car also well mandatory. Also for the amount of money you pay to stay at the Marriott you should have your room clean daily with fresh towels and trash to be thrown away. I will never recommend not stay at an any Marriott.

Unser "Familienurlaub-Florida" zählt zu den schönsten, die wir gemeinsam genießen durften. Dazu hat natürlich die Unterbringung in den "SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista" wesentlich beigetragen. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter war herausragend!

The location, how the room looked, the breakfast was amazing.

No one came for housekeeping even when we requested it. We had to go to the lobby to get clean towels and supplies and personally brought back our dirty towels because no one came.

Property is clean, I love the fact that there is a bar, only wished it opened later(closes at 11). Fire place was perfect after the pool

Mooi gebied, rustig gelegen, alle voorziening in hotel zoals geld automaat, mini market, fitnes, wasruimte, zwembad met campingvuurtje.

Airco maakte veel lawaai dus kon 'snachts niet aanblijven, veel apparatuur bij ontbijt werkte niet(toosters).

Adorei o hotel. Confortável e funcionários muito solicitos. Quero fazer um elogio especial para o funcionário Antony, que nos ajudou com os nossos recebidos e com outras questões. Muito profissional e acertivo.

Decent location. Good sized room and quiet.

Room had weird layout with bathroom running the length of the room. TV had to be angled to see it from either sofa or beds. Shower had poor design and leaked onto the floor also poor water pressure. Room service never came despite asking front desk. Breakfast was ok nothing to get excited about.

We only stayed one night, but it was good. At check-in we were told there’s no king room available and were given a room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, however, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly ok with hot oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffles and a few other things. A few healthier options would’ve been good. There were only bananas. They did have dairy-free milk alternatives and decaf coffee.

The pool was really cold and not usable. The breakfast room was attached to the arcade room which I found a bit strange. The aircon was loud and the windows didn’t open. I asked about things to do for free in the area and the staff didn’t really know. It seems they’re just there to sell you park tickets. The cutlery was plastic and the dishes disposable. I’ve never seen so much waste in a hotel in my life.

Serviço de quarto fraco não colocaram toalhas apenas recolheram as usadas e nem arrumaram direito as camas. O horário do café da manhã termina muito cedo. Cobram 30 US$ por dia de estacionamento achei um absurdo e em nenhum lugar falava sobre isso e o estacionamento era em torno do hotel cheio de vagas.

My kids played in the arcade and wanted to redeem their points from the machine. Unfortunately, it didn’t dispense the one they wanted and my 6 year old was upset. I asked the front desk and they said it was a 3rd party vendor and they don’t have access. My 6yo was sad and the front desk was very kind to find her a little toy instead and offered for my 3 kids to take something from the hotel snack shop. They went above and beyond and the act of kindness made our stay very memorable!

They put me and my family in a room for people with disabilities with a bathroom suitable for people with disabilities which for my family was super dysfunctional with water everywhere after showering it was super bad

Internet and cable was hit or miss. No info on room service in room. When we called for information we were told we had to go downstairs to take a picture of the menu at the bar. Then the power went out completely, not even the phone in the room was working. Was out like over an hour and no information from staff. Ice machine broken the entire four night stay. Coffee machine in room was missing piece so we couldn’t use it. Definitely not what we expected from a Marriot.
