the space we had and the layout was amazing. we had more than enough room

The apartment unit is simply beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and well appointed with smart furnishings. I also very much appreciated the hospitality of the staff. They welcomed me warmly and continually catered to my needs. Additionally, I appreciated the eco-consciousness of the well stocked full-sized toiletries.

If one were to nitpick a little, the blackout shade in the master bedroom hallway, adjacent to the bathroom isn’t fully blacked out. A pretty minuscule area of improvement.

Everything was perfect. The manager also called ahead for me to use the pool at another property while waiting for my flight. Exceptional service.

It's a pitty they stole me 1400€ cause other things was okey like in photos and descriptions. But I cannot encourage to go in those appartements !

STOLER ! I travel often and never had this kind of bad experience and I always have good reviews as a guest. Of course when you rent this kind of appartement / hotel room you feel secure because they have guardians day and night, you are secure from outside people but not from the guardians… This day we left our room and they ask if they can clean the room, my girlfriend said yes but… this day I wanted to exchange money and I decide to take just few Euros for change, I have 2000€ I took 400€ and let the rest (as stupid) on the table 1600€ … I realized that I didn’t want someone to see this money and we came back and said, no we don’t want cleaning…. it was big mistake In the evening we came back and just missed 1400€ !! After complain, of course they said nobody entrance in the room, I asked to check for the surveillance cameras, I knew it will be noting on camera, I expected they cut the camera and we can see that, but their system it’s not filming 24H, they film just with movement and of course it’s easy to cut the system for few minutes. They tried to explain like ohhh maybe the window was open and the money fly away …. yheaa yhea yhea… there are no other explanation that they stole it ! That's all. it’s not 100 or 200€ from 1600 but 1400 ! There are no mistakes about that ! My advice: Avoid this place !

Really can’t think of a thing I’d change

Pleasantly surprised to find this ideal apartment style property in a central location. And it was a real bonus to discover they have a 24 hour concierge so arrival and check in was simple and easy.

Everything was in excellent order and cannot think of any negatives at all.

Highly recommend this place! Myself and two friends just stayed here and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, very clean, amazing shower head and comfy beds! Building was secure with security guard and the area felt safe, it’s more residential (we are young females too). There’s a small continental breakfast put out every day too. We didn’t use them but there are 3 huge TVs with Netflix available too and laundry in the apartment. Arturo, the main host was fantastic too!

A small nespresso machine should be available to use in the lobby area. For people on jetlag it is always appreciated...
