Location unbeatable - This property has views of the ocean and is close to both town and airport. It is well-maintained, clean and comfortable.
The shower has no pressure and it takes a long time to rinse off soap and shampoo!

Best and most memorable element of this apartment was the view. The apartment was spacious and had good internet. Drinking water tank in the kitchen was nice, thank you for that.
Brief: poor check in, rude staff, cheating on payment, noise in the apartment, hot shower runs out in 2 minutes, no hairdryer.
Not brief: There was no one at the registration desk when we arrived. Someone at the property called the right person. She said she would need to drive to the building to collect the payment and would be there in 40 minutes. She suggested to get something to eat in a bar nearby, she said it was a 2-minute walk away.
Well, it wasn't a 2-minute walk at all. We dragged our luggage for 20 minutes in total to the bar and back. When we returned, the lady was unfriendly and seemed to be inconvenienced by the need to deal with us. She gave brief information about the facilities, had us sign a couple of forms and produced a card reader to process the payment.
She entered the amount in pesos and presented the card reader to me. I didn't think of it twice and didn't do the math, I took out my card and paid the amount. A moment later I received a notification from my banking app that there was a new charge. The amount was 8.5% higher than the rate online. I asked the lady about it. With rude demeanor she said I didn't account for the additional fees that were mentioned on the platform.
I was aware of those fees, of course, and showed her the screen of my phone with the total amount in USD, while she showed me the screen of her laptop in USD. We had the same amount. Then she said it was "probably my bank", that she "only enters the amount". Confused I went back to the apartment processing what she said. Everywhere in Mexico I used the same card and the charge in USD always matched the bill. A minute later I went to the front desk to ask another question about the charge. The lady was in her car in front of the building. Someone saw me looking for her and tried to get her attention. At that moment she drove off.

The location for us was PERFECT!. a quick taxi ride for 100-150 pesos got us to anywhere we wanted to go. The private pool, mini "sand beach", and snorkeling right from the hotel. Kitchen was supplied well enough that we easily made our own breakfasts. There are no stores within a reasonable walking distance, so plan to do a "food run" for supplies. This was clean, updated and felt absolutely safe. Three of us went diving in the morning/early afternoon and our 4th person felt totally safe to enjoy the pool/sand/snorkeling.

Really delighted to find this little gem. The reef is amazing, better than the $50 tour to the dead crowded reefs. Staff was very friendly, great AC in the room, good sized fridge, comfy bed, and a door right to the beach!

I have stayed here before in the same room. They have upgraded the studio apartment to include microwave and coffee maker. New sunbeds.
Water pressure was less, maybe because the main road was under construction with new water/sewage lines

The position of this hotel for views, peace and quiet and snorkelling was unbeatable. Although not really within walking distance from the ultramar ferry (with luggage) it is a quick an easy ride by taxi. The staff were really friendly and kindly allowed us early check in and late departure. There is free parking outside if you have a hire car, and the pool and easy access to brilliant snorkelling made our stay here even more special. A large water container full of drinking water was provided for our stay.
A kettle would have been nice for boiling water in, but otherwise cant fault this hotel.

Wonderful location and facilities. Just heaven! If you need some rest and recuperation this is the place. We hardly explored the island - just sunbathed on the terrace, dipped in the pool and snorkelled off the front of the property. The apartments are beautifully designed, light, spacious with little balconies off the rooms, great kitchen area, very comfortable beds.
There was unfortunately a power cut one night which meant we were without a/c for several hours.

the glass decorative window needed to have a blind. when the neighbor next door had on their lights it was very bright in the bedroom. Perhaps encourage your patrons to bring eye mask.

Great room. Penthouse suite. Basically a 1 Bedroom apartment with sufficient kitchen utensils. Gigantic balcony. Very nice swimming pool and sandy makeshift beach area with steps to the ocean. Good snorkeling. Grill and common area available. Any maintenance issues were taken care of without difficulty. 15-20 min walk to the edge of town. Easy taxi access at building. $5. Or 70-100 pesos each way but we walked often. Always ask cab driver price first. Staff kind & courageous. Quite. Met a lot of nice guests from all over the world. Airconditioning worked good. Free wifi that worked fine. Felt safe to walk at night but we weren't out past 11pm. 24 hour night watchman with key entry into building. We definitely got our steps in on this vacation which was a plus as we try to stay physically active.
Lots of steps to your room. 38 steps to the PH suite which really wasn't that bad. Our kids had room 232 and only had 1 set of steps. Wished the room tile floors were scrubbed better or more often. I'm sure they would have addressed it if we mentioned. Bed was sufficient.

I like everything about this property. We loved it! The water was perfect. We will be staying again in the future. Staff was super helpful and nice!
We found it very strange there was no black out curtain. The main bedroom room had zero privacy. The sun came right in, and there was no stopping it.

I liked the pool and acces to the ocean was amazing for swimming.
I travelled with my father and slept on the couch that was very firm. The room had coffee but no coffee maker.

The location is fantastic- quiet part of the island. Access to the beautiful sea- not a sand beach-which is what we like. Our bed looked out onto the sea. Comfortable bed and apartment.

It’s a little far out from ferry by airport hard to find a taxi from property but we were prepared to walk a little bit otherwise great location. We had a good stay staff was great.

The location was fantastic. Close to town, stores and restaurants. The views from our balcony were outstanding. Incredibly easy access to great snorkeling right at the property. Amazing diversité of fish and some corals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Marcela the manager most especially. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Suites Turquesa will become our go to vacation spot when we return to Cozumel . We loved our suite with patio doors looking out to the beautiful ocean . Perfect for snorkeling or just relaxing !

The place is by the coral reef and you can go snorkelling quickly and see lots of nice fish and corals. Great view from the suites and they are well-equipped, although they have zero decoration inside.
We got locked out of the flat for 5-6 hours on our first day, because the lock broke. The staff was friendly and as a result they let us stay check out a bit later on the last day when we were leaving. But my husband's diving session was a bit delayed, so I was 15 mins late on leaving the room and the situation became a bit threatening, when the cleaning lady was asking me to leave accompanied by security guy. It felt that we were very flexible, when we couldn't use the room for half a day, so the reaction for being 15 mins late was a bit disproportionate and it left a bitter taste of the place - especially with regards to the attitude of the staff.
In addition to this because we were locked out our place never got cleaned for 3 nights that we stayed there.

The location was a short walking distance to the town center and ferry terminal. The views from the hotel was outstanding. The hotel had a great pool and you were able to snorkel right off the property.
The airport was nearby and occasionally you would hear airliners arriving and departing.

Great location just a 10 minute walk into town. There isn’t a beach but there are loungers on sand at the waters edge - this is man made. You access the sea via steps down into it. There is a pool here at the waters edge too which is heart shaped.
Our room was fine but it didn’t have any windows. There was a door which lead out down a little ally that lead to the pool area and ocean. The other rooms all had balconies looking out over the ocean. Ours may have been a large store room they converted into a bedroom. We booked very last minute and it was really cheap and we only stayed a couple of nights as we were travelling and not hanging out at the hotel so it was fine for us.
