Location of the hotel is very good, inside a small park, not far from the metro station. You exit the hotel and can sit on a park bench. Stuff was always helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Good for a short or a few days stay

Rooms are a little bit dark, small windows, the hotel is constructed this way. Bar prices are a little bit high.

The location is very nice. The hotel is located in a small city park. Inside is clean, the staff is attentive. For such price - a very, very good proposal. There is a pace to park a car nearby

Excellent Location, Polite staff, Very tasty and various breakfast, Enough Recycle bins inside hotel territory, Clean and Quiet Park Area, Many play ground for kids, I have stayed in Tbilisi in many hotels, but this one i chosed many times because of its service quality and taking care of guests. especially i would like to thank breakfast staff which are very polite. They have opened outside sitting Terrace with a Nice Cakes, Drinks, Coffee, Cocktails, Hookah. Lets Speak about coffee because for me its very import thing for my stay, Breakfast Coffee is EXCELENT!! Morning coffee Must be like that! Staff gave me a space for meeting and zoom calls in conference Room in just 2 seconds after my request to help me!

amazing location, in the middle of a park although it’s not a typical park but it has a cafe, a video game centre and kids playing area as well

doors have zero sound proofing so u need it be very careful when talking in the room

The hotel Staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the hotel Manager Davit. Davit helped to resolve my early check in and ensured I was comfortable during my stay. The staff in the breakfast hall were lovely and the lady who noted my entry into the breakfast area walked with me to breakfast buffet and explained all of the meal options for my diet as she saw I was a muslim and will require special dietary. I thought this was a very personalised touch which was provided using her initiative. Location was perfect too right in the city centre. Will visit again and recommend to others.

Noise reduction. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are not sound proof at all.

Nice location, Polite and English speaking staff, nice service at breakfast, Hot cakes, Good Salads, Big choice for coffee. Rooms are not Big but comfortable and cozy. Access to Park.

Lobby bar is Working only Till 12:00 PM

Great place in Tbilisi

Good place for staying, I like that it is located in a small park with a nice location, so it’s a good bonus. The room is small, but I have everything (a good comfortable bed, speedy wi-fi, warm atmosphere and it’s overall warm during winter there). I also like breakfast, I’ve never got hungry after it. Better to have more vegan options.

Soundproof can be better, I heard lots of noise from neighbors

Very good hotel. Pleasant staff, polite manager, helped to resolve issues. Delicious breakfast, everyone is very friendly, close to the city center, there are several restaurants nearby. Comfortable and clean room. There is an elevator, nice. I liked being there, I recommend it.

Rooms had poor isolation on window and you feel cold when work on the desk station.
