It was a comfortable apartment and the hotel had laundry facilities for free as well as a huge playroom for kids near the gym.

Superb

Very clean, fair location, comfortable bed. Room was pretty big, bathroom as well.

Kitchenette didn’t have cooktop.

Very good

The apartment was big and comfortable, close to the metro station and a good starting point for trips (close to the beach, Sagrada Familia, etc.). There was a Chromecast in a TV and it was very helpful. The room was very clean and we liked it (beside a few minor problems).

The dryers in a laundry were not working properly (only heating but not drying), the microwave wasn't working properly (did not hit dishes).

Good location and comfortable. Just a bit pricy. Definitely recommend it.

The location is good. It took around half an hour by metro to most of the attractions. The room was clean and spacious.

There’s bad smell from drainage occasionally. The sofa bed was not comfy and was squeaky.

high quality and good value hotel

very clean and new looking, excellent facilities in the room. cot for our baby was great, and set up wi to bedding when we arrived. comfy bed and big bathroom.

reception staff seemed a bit stressed/busy, weren't especially friendly very close to a couple of metro stations but not many good restaurants/bars close by.

The hotel was really good, especially for at family staying for a long time.

The staff was very friendly and treated children very well. There was really good facilities, a fantastic kids rooms for playing and a good restaurant

There seem to be something wrong with the plumbing in the toilet. It smelled bad. The sofabed was really bad - but we didn’t use it. But what was the worst of the whole trip was booking.com handling of the booking. For some reason the breakfast (that I triple checked when I booked that the price was including breakfast) was not pre-booked. There was a difference between the booking.com website said and the follow up of the booking via mail/what the hotel was informed about. It meant we had to awkwardly ask every morning for breakfast because they usually did not handle that breakfast was not prebooked, they internally did not agree whether our daughter needed to pay for breakfast and not, and we paid the booking.com price including breakfast but we had to pay again at the hotel. The staff was luckily really nice and tried to be very flexible and accomodating, gave discounts when they finally agreed on when we by accident paid too much ect. But in the end if booking.com actually worked and booked what we thought we paid for there would have been no issues…

Excellent Experience

Hotel was very clean. Staffs were so polite and accommodating always with a smile. Breakfast was Excellent, everyday there is a change of dishes with standed eggs & becon. Hotel parking is expensive but Safe and convenient. Parking is a little tight at turnings but suitable for SUVs. Overall Highly recommended.

The button to press for the carpark doors to open are too far from the reach of the driver. My passenger had to come down to press as the slope was too steep for the driver to come out from the car.

Great family stay

Rooms are spacious and clean z we have enough day light , and we have everything we needed in kitchen . Great appartement.

Smells in bathroom.I don’t know it’s in all rooms , it’s some canalizations situation at Barcelona , but smells very bad.

Very good location: 5min.to metro station to the centre, 30min.to beach, 30min.to Catalunia square, 20min.to Sagrada Familia on foot. Behind the corner supermarket, wich works longer and even on Sundays! But more expensive. There was kitchen (with all necessary equipment), additional baby bed for todler for free, more space. Apartaments were clean. The was children playing room, gym, laundry (for free) in hotel. The sfaff was friendly. Reception works 24/7. Good quality for such price. Family friendly hotel for longer stay.

Comfortable stay in a great part of town

Breakfast was excellent, location quiet but close to the city and the beach, bed quite comfy, rooms beautifully designed, laundry room and kid's room a real treat for tired parents.

Kitchen and bathroom were a little ill-equipped (e.g. no toilet brush, no small pot, no bowls) and run-down, front desk staff could have been much more welcoming.

generally nice rooms but…

first room (301) was too cold. staff argumentative. Was given another room (111), which was warmer but smaller bed, smaller room, broken shower. picture frame never been cleaned.

Very good

Hotel has a good location, quite enough and walking distance to Bari Gotic and Sagrada Familia. Staff was nice and accomodating. The kids playroom was of great value to us with our 1 year old baby who just learned to walk. Free laundry room and possibility to have lunch at the hotel was great too. Apartment and bathroom are good size and kitchen was well equipped for a short stay.

The apartment had single beds connected even though we asked for a double bed. When we complained they come to fix and put a bedsheet over 2 singles beds and "fixed" it. Cleaning was not every day and even on the day there was supposed to be cleaning once we had to call for them and than wait outside until they clean the room, because nobody cleaned it when we were out. Water in the shower was randomly turning hot and burning your skin off.

Example of well organized hotel stuff!

Stuff is very efficient and always on service. They responded to all of our custom request. Accomodation is very spacious and super clean - What you see on photo, you get in real.

Very clean, cosy, comfortable place. With small kitchen. Very friendly staff!

It was quite cold in the room. For some reason the heating was not working properly. But the blanket was warm :)

Good, but smaller things can be improved

Good space for vocation with child, washing room and playroom is good

Old furniture, the door felt down when I tried to open it 😐 cleaning once in three days was okay for us, but they don’t wash dishes. Bed has a hole in the middle, which makes it uncomfortable
