Wonderful stay in a very classy hotel .

From the moment you walked into reception you felt relaxed, checking in you were seated given still or sparkling water and introduced to the hotel in A very special way . The hotel is decorated beautifully the rooms are spotless, classy and very quiet . We loved the roof top infinity pool .

We loved everything about the hotel .

Dreamy Mallorca Stay

We loved everything about the hotel; location, facility, room, view, pool and especially the staff. People work there are amazing! Super helpful and friendly. I am sure we will visit this place again when we are in Mallorca again.

Everything was perfect! We only didn't like the pillows but they were so kind to offer 3 other more options when we asked!

Excellent hotel in the centre of Palma

Excellent hotel, went beyond our expectations, extremely clean and comfy rooms with satellite TV, the hotel pool is super relaxing, great beds, pool and poolside food and drinks services. Location is excellent, middle of palma city, close to beaches and old town.

Pool restaurant is slightly overpriced.

it’s hard to review this as it was a drinking holiday so we didn’t make the most of the facilities. but the staff and rooms were very good. furthermore the location is decent too.

Incredible from start to finish.

What a superb stay for me and my partner. Amazing room, incredible spa, DELICIOUS food and polite, kind staff. From start to finish the whole experience was second to none. I can’t fault it and we will be returning as soon as they reopen in February! Thank you for hosting us.

Amazing staff- above and beyond

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty for me. From giving us towels to take to the water park, to helping me when I was stranded outside Palma AFTER I’d checked out. Brilliant

The bed was super comfortable. a view would have been nice but I did book last minute.
