We had a pleasant stay and an overall very good experience. We would definitely stay again.

It was very clean and the facility was new and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The desk and food service staff seemed unsure about how to handle the “breakfast included” feature of our Booking.com reservation.

Amazing facilities and staff

I mentioned in my booking that we were there celebrating my husband's birthday, they got him a card and wrote hand written birthday wishes to him and enclosed free drink vouchers. I felt this was above and beyond

Very nice hotel and restaurant.

To be honest, we arrived very upset finding out that the airport shuttle did not run during the hours that we needed them. I thought this very misleading as it was advertised on your website and that was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. But upon check-in the receptionist, whose name is Kelly, did a wonderful job to secure a taxi for us in order to get to the airport the next morning. We want to thank Kelly very much and hope that she gets some sort of bonus for her kindness. Also Daniel The bartender / waiter was excellent and highly professional.

Our stay was fantastic.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The bar in the lobby had a good happy hour special.

Definitely A Hot Spot

Brandon at the front desk was amazing! He was very helpful and cleared all issues. The room was spacious and clean.

Super clean and staff was nice.

There were some guests constantly coming in and out from 11pm until midnight. They were slamming the door so loud. So disrespectful for the others guest. We didn't get too much sleep that night.

The bed was scrumptious... pillowy soft, yet supportive.

I found TWO HAIRS... one big thick curly one on the side of one bed, and the other imbedded into the sheets of the other bed! Gross! And I kept hearing the ping of WATER DRIPPING onto the 4"×30" metal drain cover in the shower. I rolled a hand towel to muffle it the incessant interruption to my sleep. And third, I was directly across the hall from the STAIRWELL. If the door was propped open, I'd hear talking and laughing; if I closed it, I'd hear it slam shut every so often. It was a no-win situation. And in my search, I checked that I wanted a hotel that served BREAKFAST. Well, they served it, but it was NOT INCLUDED in the price.

Location was great. Quiet was wonderful. Breakfast would be nice.

We were at the Mid America Center for an activity so the location was wonderful. I did appreciate the quietness of the space. The seating was very nice as well. We enjoyed having a spot for down time.

The room was WARM. We had to turn on and leave on the air conditioner as it was so hot in the room when we arrived. Then I shut it all off and left fan on and it still was 70+ degrees in the space. This was a little warm for us. The lack of breakfast included does make for a more difficult stay when we were not going far.
