Staff was really helpful. Property was clean as well. We got lucky to find this place. We drove 10 hours to another hotel that we booked a few weeks prior. Once we got here to Nashville, the hotel we booked through booking.com did not have our reservations and would not work with us. So we had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. We found this great hotel. We are happy the other place didn’t work out. We will be staying at another Fairfield Inn, in Chattanooga. Nice hotels.

front staff was no where to be found at 7:00am while trying to check out.

We arrived and were told our room had been cancelled with no explanation, our friends who booked at the exact same time as us room did not get canceled. It was told to call today to make it right and today I was told that booking.com overbooked them and that’s why our room was cancelled and all they could offer were BonVoy points. It was a huge inconvenience for us traveling with a toddler and being late at night.

I liked how new and upscale the hotel was.

The only thing I didn’t like was on check out day we had someone try to make entry into our room. It woke us up with the door stopper caught the door. I think housekeeping should have a better schedule of which rooms are checking out and wait until check out to come in.

We did not have breakfast here because our flight was very early. Being close to the airport was why we chose Fairfield Inn. They have a shuttle that leaves at 4 am for those with early flights! So very helpful to know when planning a trip. We had a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Very quiet and spacious room. Very pleased to find safety bars in the shower.

Breakfast was not good. Not a lot to choose from and always out of things, the boiled eggs were rubber and nasty inside, the scrambled eggs had a gritty taste to them, no bagels.
