El hotel es bonito, su área recreativa (piscina y terraza es muy agradable) y tiene una linda vista a la laguna.
Amenidades de la habitación habia que estar pidiendo, jabon, papel etc. Pero el personal es muy atento, talvez nos toco que el hotel estaba completamente lleno. si lo recomiendo.

Nos encantó la habitación y la zona de piscina del hotel. Estaba todo impecable y la cama era comodísima. Justo enfrente hay un balneario gratuito desde el que se ve una bonita puesta de sol. Aparcamos el coche justo bajo del hotel en una cochera cubierta.
El desayuno fue escaso, un poco más de cantidad hubiese estado bien. El tiempo fue lluvioso y por la noche pasamos un poco de frío en la cama, hubiera agradecido que dejaran una mantita en la zona del armario para poder ponerla

La ubicación, literalmente frente al Balneario Municipal que es hermoso, además cercano al Fuerte San Felipe y toda la zona de restaurantes y artesanías, que de noche es muy atractivo y movido. Y el personal muy amable y atento,

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber roch etwa feucht. Die Lage zur Lagune war super, denn der Steg gegenüber ist kostenfrei.

La posizione e l’area piscina
Il bagno aveva sempre una forte puzza di zolfo che arrivava fino alla camera, ci sono stati molti problemi con la fornitura d’acqua. Nonostante lo abbiamo fatto presente il problema della puzza non è stato risolto.

Les chambres standard sont assez petites et aucune lumière du jour sans ouvrir les rideaux et avoir la vue sur le couloir ou tout le monde passe

Pas de ponton pour accès à la lagune, simplement l'accès publique face à l'hôtel.
Comme pas de WiFi dans les chambres beaucoup de monde rapidement autour de la piscine pour capter le WiFi car oui en vacances on a besoin de WiFi pour prévoir ses excursions., ses sorties, la suite de son voyage et rester en contact avec son entourage et quand vous en faites part au personnel ils font comme s'ils n'étaient pas au courant alors qu'ils savent très bien que le WiFi ne fonctionne pas du tout puisque cela revient en commentaires et les autres clients se plaignent aussi.

Ha sido una estancia realmente agradable. El hotel cuenta con unas habitaciones espaciosas de camas muy cómodas.
Está bien localizado para ir al centro, además a tres minutos andando, y a 100m del embarcadero de baño.
Proporcionan toallas para la piscina.
El horario de desayuno es algo limitado en horario (8 a 9,30); así como el servicio para lento, por lo que se les acumula.
Sugeriría que dieran zumo natural, o al menos que no fuese tan aguado. No es zumo.

Fijne locatie, voldoende parkeergelegenheid, vriendelijk personeel dat Engels spreekt, een dakterras en voldoende zitplekken bij het zwembad. Het ontbijt was niet bijzonder, maar wel lekker.
Helaas hebben we twee keer van kamer moeten wisselen vanwege problemen. De afvoer van de douche stinkt, wat mogelijk te wijten is aan het ontwerp, en de gootsteenontstopper werkte niet. De slechte ventilatie in de badkamers resulteerde in een onaangename geur van vocht en schimmel in de gehele kamer. De horren in de badkamers zitten niet vast waardoor je het raampje niet kunt laten openstaan.
Lakens vonden wij niet prettig, geen katoen maar synthetisch. Er zat schimmel op een aantal kussens.
Geen volledige wifi-dekking, zeer trage internetverbindingen in sommige kamers.
Sommige airco-afstandsbedieningen hebben een kapot display, waardoor het lastig is om deze te bedienen.
Al met al tijd voor renovatie!

Top Lage fast direkt an der Lagune, zu Fuß braucht man keine 10 Minuten zum Park, wo sich eine Menge Restaurants befinden. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großes Lob an die Reinigungsdamen, die ihren Job wirklich toll und sehr genau machen.
Das Frühstück könnte etwas üppiger ausfallen. Am Pool und in der Dusche riecht es teilweise sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss.

La ubicación, el desayuno que incluye y el personal tan amable, Instalaciones, está precioso del hotel, tiene agua caliente, las camas son cómodas.
El cuarto que me tocó no tenía regadera era un tubo, la llave del lavabo estaba rota la teníamos que abrir con una toalla para evitar lastimarnos. Hemos ido en 4 ocasiones y fueron excelentes, es la primera vez que no toca una habitación con esos detalles que no afectan la estancia. El mismo cuarto da a la calle y el bar de enfrente hace ruido.

Die Lage war gut. Einmal über die Straße und man war am Wasser. Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch ausreichend vorhanden.
Es ist sehr hellhörig, Müllsäcke stehen herum und Frühstück war sehr beschränkt, da einiges nicht angeboten wurde. Schimmel im Zimmer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit.

Localisation idéal, à quelques pas du centre de Bacalar où trouver les restaurants, en face du balneario municipal qui ne nécessite pas de frais d’entrée contrairement au reste de la cote. Très bel établissement, piscine, terrasse surplombant la lagune avec hamac, parking gratuit couvert, très bon petit déjeuner.

La ubicación es excelente, lapicina y decoración en general es moderna y cálida estilo tuluminati, se ve muy nuevo y limpio. Las camas cómodas y la habitación muy amplia, buena vista a la laguna
Los cuatro días y 3 noches que estuve no tuve servicio de aseo diario en la habitación. Tampoco botella de agua de cortesía. Al desayuno le falta incluir algún bocadillo dulce como pan o galletas para el café.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Double bed which was comfortable with a nice bathroom hot shower. Window view overlooked trees and the front of the street. The pool area was modern and very pleasant with nice tree lighting, and comfortable cousin chairs. In some areas, there were plugs for charging. Slight view of the lake. Close to convenience store, and 5 min walk into town. The staff was very accommodating with bags and taxis. Breakfast of fresh juice, coffee, and choice of omelet, fresh waffles, and fruit made well. Nice area to sit and eat or relax to read.
The wi5 was iffy. Stairs, but they would help with bags.

The double rooms are all as beautiful as photos show. The location in front of public River access is awesome.
No daily room cleaning or changing towels (but I guess you can ask for that in reception). Our room had poor WiFi because it was the farthest from the router. The breakfast is ok, you get coffee, fruits, agua fresca and eggs. If you ask for menu you’ll get a wider selection (i.e. chilaquiles), and you’ll see that you can get frijoles with all eggs. Also, you need to ask for tortillas to get some. Those are minor problems though, would pick the same hotel I’m back in Bacalar.

the staff was super nice and you can easily walk everywhere from the location. The rooms were clean and nice and the rooftop is great to relax in the hammocks. The guy from the reception let me borrow his charger 2 nights as i forgot mine. Everyone was very helpful .

The only thing worth staying there is the location. It’s located right in front of the lake and the public access pier
Rooms had a strong smell of damp, everything in the room was very dusty, bedside lamp wasn’t working, staff really not friendly at all. Didn’t make the smallest effort even in communication, would just speak in Spanish and leave you with it. Non existing I internet, very difficult as a tourist to look for things ti see and do due to no access to internet

The location was great and there was parking available in a safe location. The breakfast was included and they gave a decent amount of options, but be sure to get there early as they are less accommodating later on. The beds were comfortable. The staff were generally helpful- they let us use the phone when we had an issue with our car.
Not very accessible in terms of getting staff to help us take suitcases up/down the stairs. They only provided us with one key.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. It was close to the only free jetty by the lagoon and walking distance to the town center. The part of the hotel that I was in was very new, modern and sparkling clean. Definitely a nice place to stay.
The breakfast was okay but could improve. Also, one day they ran out of pancakes within their usual breakfast hours and were not too flexible with offering adaptations to the breakfast menu.

The location was perfect, right on the lake front and walkable to everything. The room was a great size with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast.
Our room was below the water generator which went on and made a loud noise each time anyone in the hotel used the water. Avoid this room if you are staying here!

The property has so much potential, good price, location and rooms are fine but the communal spaces are unclean and run down - the pool you couldn’t see the bottom of.

Prime location, right across the road from the public pier (only public swimming spot) and a short walk away from restaurants and the town centre. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were lovely with a pool, sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with hammocks. Friendly and helpful staff, plus breakfast was included!

Het ligt op een leuke plek. Aan de overkant van de weg heb je toegang tot het meer met een grasveld en een steiger waar je heerlijk kunt zwemmen. De bedjes bij het zwembad zijn fijn.
Onze kamer was klam en vochtig en er was geen kast aanwezig. Het zwembad water rook heel erg naar chloor. Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen.

The hotel is located across the street from a public entrance to the laguna. It is a safe area, close to attractions. Guests leave books in the lobby, so you can get one and read it during your stay. The hotel has a few nice areas to chill, like a roof top with hammocks and cozy chairs, the pool area and a terrace.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 9:30 am. We were there to rest, so our options were to wake up early or skip the complimentary breakfast.
You can get safe-to-drink water from the lobby only... so you had to remember to fill up your bottle (which you had to get yourself) or you would have to come down and back up three flight of stairs to get a drink (it happened to me one night). I fully agree with the position to avoid single-use plastics (I think this is why they don't provide water in the rooms). However, there are other options, like having big reusable bottles and glasses available for guests in the room, which can be refilled by the staff.
The hotel is not accessible for people with mobility issues. You need to go up steep stairs to get to the lobby, plus the stairs to get to your room.
The bathroom offers no privacy. There is a 2 cm gap between the door and the frame. We were in the top floor, the bathroom walls don't reach the ceiling. I don't know how to say this nicely, but essentially, there is no way to fart discretely in that room.
