Had some trouble regulating the temperature but eventually it was ok.

Location. Breakfast was good.

No regular coffee in the room because they ran out. First room, there was a smoky and strong fried food smell from the restaurant exhaust that was right outside our window and the air conditioner drew it inside. It made my eyes burn. Our door lock didn't work. We complained about the smoke and the front desk girl and another person came to our room and said she would tell her supervisor tomorrow and we would have to deal with it. Then, after a short time, she brought up new keys for us to change rooms. Second room the TV cable did not work at all.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness of our double queen room. It was perfect for our family of two adults, one child and one dog. It was also a great location for getting to Jewel Cave the next morning. Breakfast was very good too. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

Our room didn’t have a window! So it was really dark and even the lights didn’t made it bright.

Room smelled and airco was broken. Very old interior not sure if this was really redone in 2018. Do not understand the high score. Breakfast on plastic plates, plastic knives and forks. Not great.

The location was easy to find.

Our room was like a meat locker and no remote or other way to adjust the temperature. The front desk was no help. The breakfast was almost as cold as the room. The room was also moldy & damp smelling.

It was all good
