Nice place to stay in Old twon with 10- 15 mins walking to Freedom square

The apartment was was very clean and spacious and breafast was very good. The reception was open 24 hr and ready to help with whatever needed. Bolt was super cheap to use.

The location was in old town and uphill. Taxi drives confused a bit and hesitated initially to go though narroe street but it was not a problem at all.

Ничего не понравилось. Ужасное место. Держитесь подальше.

Кровати ужасные. Все очень маленькоеи тесное. Расположение в страшном и убогом районе без освещения. Хозяева меня избили и забрали деньги. Не приближайтесь!

Cozy place in the heart of Mtatsminda

Very nice family hotel with great location, kind personnel and good breakfast. Everything is just like on pictures, even better :) I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot, and especially the view from balcony and terrace. And there’s also a really good local wine - don’t miss the chance to try it. I can only recommend this place to stay and would definitely come back!

Pls do not choose budget room if you are a couple.

Staff is ok. Irakli, the owner answered our questions and helped us. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean.

We were not happy with budget room. It is really too small you can not move inside. The bed was not comfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable and old They needed to be renewed. Also, you can hear the sound from outside. We were unhappy with the room. Also, the hotel is close the center but you need to climb up...

Excellent value for the price!

The breakfast is still outstanding, and the guys at the reception are very helpful. I still love the central but quiet location, the absolute professional, yet friendly management and the flawless cleanliness. Definitely to be recommended.

The room was a bit small, but it is normal, because I now booked the cheapest option. The walls are not sound proof, and given that my room is just above the lobby, I could hear sometimes a bit more than I would have liked to hear.

Breakfast was really nice with diverse options to choose from. It is also served on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. The room was comfortable and clean.

The bed was was too soft for my standards. The door-lock was flimsy. The bathroom had some funny smell if the window is closed.

A very cozy and quiet place. I am not into high class modern hotels. This one is close to family owned small business. Not very chic, but clean, big enough room with adequate furniture. A good place to spend a few nights in a quite neighbourhood. A bit difficult to find and reach in foot (some climbing), but fine if yiu know it.

Perfect stay for a 3 stars hotel in Tbilisi

The location is in the middle of Tbilisi on Mtatsminda hill, you can easily access Rustaveli street, freedom square, and the rose revolution square. The breakfast is good in terms of quality and quantity. The manager is very friendly and helpful. For a 3 stars hotel, this is just perfect. The photos on booking are exactly the same and in reality it is even better..the size of the room is excellent, the bathroom is fully equipped. I was wondering why there isn't a kettle but coffee and tea are available 24/7 for free so who needs a kettle.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious and staff friendly. There was no problem parking the car on the streets and the location in close to everything.

Toilet was a bit stinky, but I guess this can be expected in a historic building with old plumbing.

i hope they have to put up water dispenser in the cafeteria and bidet on the toilet.

super friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, good tips on Georgia, amazing breakfast, every dish is homemade. yummy.

Bathroom smelt a bit of drains on first floor, not a big issue.
