Exceptional

Quiet, private, well appointed, convenient to Edgartown. Very clean. Had a complete kitchen though we only used the Keurig and the refrigerator. The TV worked fine, the hot water was, well, hot.

It would have been nice to have a larger blanket on the bed but that's a minor detail.

Great location moderate conditions for the cost.

The location is ideal.

The property is in need of care. Updating the couch and chair, cleaning the patio space and furniture, and clearing the overgrowth to enter the property would make it an absolutely beautiful space.

Very quiet, away from the crowds place but within a short drive to beaches, restaurants and stores.

clean, quiet, well equipped-even had a washer and dryer

the only thing I didn’t like was walking through foot tall weeds to get to the door and a small tree/shrub also hanging over the walkway. Very easy fix with a weedwacker and a pruner. Everything else was good

Charming, Airy and Clean hideaway in among the trees.

Charming bright airy spacious booking. It is about 7 minutes drive from Edgartown centre. Surrounded by Trees. Lovely clean design and wonderful to have a good size kitchen, sitting room and comfortable bed. There is even a small terrace to enjoy breakfast outside looking at the surrounding trees and birds. I really enjoyed my stay. There was an issue with the hot water but the hosts helped make up for this.

It was a little bit further out of the town centre than I imagined but I liked the peacefulness.

Very good

It’s a very quiet space. It was spacious for being a studio.

We wished it had a king sized bed. The new slip cover on the loveseat had a stain as well as the carpet. It also didn’t have an ironing board. I have a feeling previous guests may have used the table to iron which would explain the heat stains, which by the way is an easy fix.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Liked nothing. Disputing the entire amount paid. This was a deplorable place to stay and I'm about to make sure everyone knows about it.

The pillows hiding in the sham covers? Grossest thing you've ever seen. Old, nasty, used, drooled upon; unsanitary. Many lights did not work. Toilet was plugged upon arrival. No hot water in the shower. Dead Keurig. I have a full list, complete with photos and videos; we left days early.
