Perfect stay would definitely recommend

The hotel is in a perfect location. Easy 10 minutes walk to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the Cathedral and the sights within the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops close by and a small supermarket opposite. I had a room with a balcony and there were 2 sets of double glazed doors which kept any noise out. The breakfast is very good value and all staff go out of their way to help. The infamous Cafe Madrid cocktail bar is accessible from the street and from within the hotel. Toiletries provided and free tea coffee, water in the room. Bed very comfortable.

Wonderful location for a visit to a beautiful city.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Right in the centre of everything. It is a short walk to the historic cathedral and a great variety of restaurants. we will definitely like to visit beautiful Valencia again and would most certainly stay here again. Also we would like to mention how friendly and helpful the reception staff were.

Absolutely nothing not to like.

Nous avons trouvé la Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias , œuvre de l’architecte Calatrava, grandiose

Nous sommes arrivés avec la voiture et il fut impossible de trouver notre hôtel même avec un GPS et Wase Nous avons été obligés de retenir les services d’un taxi pour nous conduire au stationnement le plus près de notre hôtel et par la suite nous déposer à l’hôtel

Heerlijk verblijf in Valencia

De goede locatiein het oude centrum. Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De kamer en badkamer, heel comfortabel en schoon. Fijne bar in het hotel om de dag af te sluiten.

La habitación muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda también. El hecho de estar en pleno centro y poder ir andando a todas partes, es un punto muy favorable.

No le pongo ninguna pega a excepción de la luz de habitación en la que estuvimos alojados, al ser interior no tenía luz natural.

Valencia is beautiful!

Staff were lovely and noted a birthday within our group and put wine in the room. Location of hotel is great. Close to everything.

There is an odour in reception and our bedroom, whether it's a Valencia city council or hotel problem I do not know - but it's not pleasant!

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel.

The location was perfect, stuff was very friendly. It was very clean. It’s Cafe Madrid was a big bonus.

The room was pretty small for it’s price.

I loved Valencia, the people, the culture, the food and our entire stay in general.

The location was right in the center yet it was still nice and quiet. Everything was walking distance. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing. I traveled throughout all of Europe and this is definitely on the top of my list for the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I would go back to this hotel.

Relaxing, comfortable, luxurious, friendly, perfection.

Daniele and all the team at the hotel were exceptional in every possible way - friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgable - and were so from the minute we arrived until we left. Absolutely fabulous hotel in every way.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, staff were so helpful and the lthe location was brilliant, so central.

The street can be loud at times as there is a bar beside it, not off putting but a little annoying one of the nights.

Amazing central location and very quiet & clean. Attention to details. Loved the rooftop terrace and bar in the lobby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. A true delight.

Could use a coffee machine in the room.

Un piacevole soggiorno

La struttura è molto centrale, facilmente raggiungibile dall’ aeroporto! Staff cordiale e accogliente pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. La camera ampia e sempre pulita. Noi abbiamo scelto anche la colazione inclusa, tutto ottimo e di qualità.

Great Stay!

Great stay! Reception was very friendly and gave us a good orientation of the city upon arrival. Room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Location right in the center so it was easy to walk everywhere (or even pop back in the room in the middle of the day for a quick rest).

Room was a little small for two people, although we did book the small room :) Next time we will book a larger room if we are staying longer!

Can't beat the prime location! :)

Prime location, brand new and updated renovation, friendly and helpful staff, and really nice rooftop.

Weird stench of sewer smell throughout the hallways, and mostly in the lobby and bar.

Beautiful little hotel in central Valencia

Very cute hotel, perfect central location, 10min away from the main train station. Super friendly staff, great bar & amazing cocktails, good vibe overall, amazing breakfast, great rooms

There was a nasty smell throughout the hotel, main areas and rooms - not too strong but took me by surprise. Also, the lifts don't all go to the 5th floor (gorgeous terrace & restaurant) so for some people it might be a bit confusing.

Aangenaam weerzien van Valencia in een schitterend hotel

Supergoede ligging pal in het centrum van Valencia vlakbij de kathedraal van Valencia en alle bezienswaardigheden. Fantastisch vriendelijk personeel die ons een gratis upgrade aanboden naar een Junior Suite met daar bovenop een fles rode wijn cadeau en gratis 1 uur toegang tot de wellness én een gratis welkomstdrankje in Café Madrid, de geweldige cocktailbar van het hotel. Schitterende kamer met alle faciliteiten. Heerlijk ontbijt gegeten buiten op het terras met vlotte bediening. Echt een aanrader.

Geen enkele negatieve indruk over dit hotel te melden.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe.

Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, serviertes Frühstück frisch zubereitet, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Großes Bett mit guter Matratze.

Tee/Kaffee Ausstattung etwas zu gering auf zu kleinem Tisch, eigenartiger Geruch (Weihrauch ?) im Eingangsbereich.

A great place to stay when visiting Valencia. Great staff, great location and very comfortable rooms

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be taken on their roof terrace or restaurant which was a lovely location. The bar attached to the hotel was very popular with local residents and a great place for a drink before a night out. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.

Zeker een aanrader!

Super aangenaam hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Altijd klaar om te helpen en makkelijk bereikbaar via WhatsApp. Ontbijt was subliem. Geen buffet maar we vonden dit net een meerwaarde omdat alle gerechten die we kozen tot in de puntjes waren bereid. Daarbovenop mocht je zo veel bestellen als je wou. Kamers waren zeer netjes en ruim.

The location was perfect and so central to everything The staff were delightful and super helpful and made us feel so welcome It was lovely having Cafe Madrid within the hotel too.

The small double room was incredibly small with no surface to put anything so I would recommend going for a larger room.

Excellent hotel! Perfect location in "old part of town" most interesting sites within walking distance, also short walk to metro network. Modern hotel, clean and friendly service. Excellent shower. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace with a good selection of " a la carte" breakfast with lots of options for a breakfast to meet personal preferences. It is not the cheapest hotel in town, but this is well balanced with location and level of comfort. Nice bar downstairs. I would recommend this hotel.

The wifi signal was not perfect, could have been incidental. Street noise can be perceived disturbing, but I thought it was marginal for a downtown hotel.

Sehr zentrale Lage👍 Zu Fuß ist fast alles erreichbar.

Zimmereinrichtung eher minimalistisch. Oft Gestank an Rezeption und im Flur (im Zimmer ok). Fehlende Kaffeemaschine und zu teures Frühstück

Noisy! Had to yell at drunk people in the street to be quiet at 1am the reception should have shooed them away from congregating at the front of the hotel (loud American kids v drunk) - the room service menu v limited -
