The condo was so nice, clean, and roomy. LOVE this place and we will be back!

We LOVE the Sapphire Condo resort. Very clean, serene, beautiful clean pool. The location is great and I love the condo we stayed in. We will definitely be back!!!

I wish there was a bar on the Sapphire condo side. We had to walk over to the neighboring bar/restaurant. That was the only downside.

Staying on South Padre Island during anyone’s vacation is extravagant!

Million dollar views, great all around access, accommodations for my family were met.

1. Dusty (major build up). 2. Pictures don’t match actual. 3. Someone entered without my knowledge or consent. 4. MB tub NO cold water. 5. Blinds broken obscured views. 6. Sliding glass door to balcony nearly inoperable. 7. Beds were not something you would expect in this caliber of a condo. 8. Overall cleanliness was sub par for professional rental standards. 9. Multiple Overflowing roll- off dumpsters in parking area.

It was really clean beautiful

Worker from the hotel where horrible. They where highly unhelpful, a lot of swearing, and mean. Pool rules made absolutely no sense. Very strict even though the pool in basically for having fun.

it was great but I would have hoped a cleaner stay for that kind of money.

We came here now for the second time and sadly I must say it wasn’t as good as it was last year. the location obviously has not changed and that is a great reason we chose to come back. When we arrived the front desk knew nothing about us checking in so we waited almost 30 min to check in (after two days in the car driving). once we finally were in the apartment, the floor was so sandy I almost slipped. There were huge dust bunnies everywhere and the counters were sticky. One almost empty hand soap for 3 bathrooms and kitchen sink, no rags to wipe anything down with. Hairs in sinks and shower plus bedding which was really gross and the shower rugs were completely disgusting. needless to say, I spend $150 in cleaning supplies and a day or so cleaning. other than that, I wished the pool area was cleaner (empty bottles everywhere, food etc) and the disaster with chairs on the beach would be figured out. also too, do NOT check out Sunday’s. you will have to carry everything down as there are absolutely not enough carts for luggage. I have been in many “luxury” hotels around the world and sadly this is not one anymore.

it was a wonderful vacation and a beautiful resort

it is a beautiful property, well maintained and clean, lots to do in the condo building. beach was nice and taken care of, chairs and umbrella to rent for a reasonable price. the condo itself was so nice. beautiful decor and well taken care of. we will definitely be back

It was an overall good stay

Excellent location, beautiful condo, nicely decorated

The master bedroom bed was too uncomfortable and there were too many resort fees which made the stay super expensive. we did not even end up using any resort amenities yet still had to pay all resort fees

Great place. Nice view and a great location.

The mattress wasn’t too comfortable. We would have preferred black out blinds in the master bedroom. The hot water takes forever to be released and the TV’s have poor quality speakers.

The space and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The owner of the condo was the best as well. Worked with us to make our stay happen.

The Sapphire building is a nice building but beware of South Padre Condo Rentals LLC and unit 805.

I like the view, the beach, and the Sapphire building.

We made a request to check-in at 4:30 pm. It was approved as the check-in time was 4 pm. When we arrived the room was not ready. We waited 2.5 hours for the room to be cleaned, and when we finally got the room, it was still not properly cleaned from the previous people's stay. The front desk had no knowledge of our reservation. Unit 805 is owned by South Padres Condo Rentals LLC and they charged my card and said there would be an extra $230 charge for a "deposit". No one mentioned an extra deposit on the booking. This deposit was to be returned to me within a week after check out. It's been a few weeks later and of course, no deposit refunded yet. These people stopped answering my calls and not responding to my request for my $230 deposit refund. The room was left cleaner than when it was giving to us. There was long hair all over the apartment.
