We were there for just one night and it was OK.

Breakfast was decent. Limited choices. No eggs. Mostly pancakes and a few pastries available which was fine with me since I don't eat much at breakfast. If you are really into starting the day with a big breakfast, you might want to plan on going out for it. There is a very nice shopping center next door and tons of other shopping and eating nearby.

Parking was very restricted. Some was available next door, but wasn't all that convenient. Traffic in the surrounding area is really bad. Not the kind of thing you would want to be coming and going very often during the day.

awful not worth what they charging

there was nothing I like about the property

there’s was an odor around the entire hotel, the elevator was hot and musty, the was no parking after a certain time had to park a good walk away from the hotel, the room is very small and basic not worth 158$ a night.. i only booked this hotel last min because my gf wanted a room, i didn’t get to do any research the room is just a bed a bathroom and i tv no other furniture or storage. its very basic i would probably be ok if this was 80$ a night they were out of pillows and linen, no microwave in room

Would stay here again.

Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to freeways. Rooms are not fancy but functional and clean. Staff is great.

A little noisy. Could hear the people on the floor above stomping around.

Amazing Stay

I LOVE this place every time I go to Columbia I stay here no matter what, or how long I am staying. This hotel is Amazing.

Disappointing and I overpaid for the room of a lesser quality.

The location, the layout of the lobby and amenities was nice, and the staff was friendly.

I wasn’t given the room type I paid for, the cable didn’t work, the room had things that needed fixing and the complimentary bathroom toiletries hadn’t been replaced. The room didn’t have a fridge, or dishwasher like the room I had booked, and also was a double bed room. The walls are very thin as the next door tenants were VERY loud and woke us up early the next morning.

The cleaning staff needs to get it together!

The staff was the only thing I like about it.

Out of all the Tru locations we’ve stayed at. This has been the worse one! Very dirty. The toilet kept moving around! the floors were very sticky and dirty and full of stains. The smell was not pleasant. Our beds look like the linens had not been washed. we requested a change of room. The second seemed ok. My friend. Invest your money somewhere else

Everything was nice about this location. Our room was small and hot whenever we arrived but quickly cooled down

It was in a good location. Everything was nice and clean.

We are traveling with a toddler who loves milk. Our mini fridge in our room did not work. So that was a little frustrating. Especially since we had to buy some before coming up to our room. Our room was small and felt a little cramped.
