Excellent location and great value for money

Clean Bed was comfy Nice shower Great location

The car park didn’t fit over sized cars. They need to tell people on their website. We called the hotel to check re parking and they didn’t tell us. We managed to park our car Valet at the Confidant hotel which is across the street.

Older small hotel near beach and convention center with terrinble breakfast with plastic tableware.

Location on Collins Ave Mid Miami Beach near beach and 6 min by car to Miami Comvention center

Breakfast was terrible and simple with paper plates, paper cups and plastic tableware. Scrambled eggs from powder. Seriously need to upgrafe. Smsll Fitness in the basement.

Absolute disaster of a hotel with unaccommodating staff and a waterfall in the bathroom :( :( :(

The hotel was fairly conveniently located in mid Miami Beach.

The room I was given was an absolute disaster!!! I could have lived with the awful view of a back alley and washing machines for 1 night. . . although the main problem was a leaking bathroom ceiling that dripped then poured water into the bathroom the entire night rendering the room completely UNUSABLE!!! When informed about this major problem, the hotel management was fully indifferent about this extremely unacceptable situation. I would seriously reconsider a stay at this hotel even for one evening!!!

Good hotel for family trip to Miami!

- very helpful staff, which was able to answer all our questions - intercontinental, American breakfast - there was a variety of different options, although we were missing fresh veggies - near to the amazing Miami beach - very comfortable beds

- lack of veggies for breakfast - price - but its average for Miami, so cannot complain it's this hotel specifically - lack of free parking (you take either city one, or in the building for 45 $ per 24h)

Gut geeinigt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Um Miami kennenzulernen oder wie bei uns als stop over Hotel super geeignet. Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gute Handtücher, Frühstück total ok. Wer richtig länger Urlaub machen möchte mit Poolanlage muss mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen

The deposit was to the date not returned to me as of yet. The bathroom door in the room once closed was almost impossible to open. Also parking was $45 per night.

Good Location and Comfortable Stay

The location of the hotel and its distance to the beach are good. There is a pizza restaurant just below and a market where you can meet most of your needs. Getting to the hotel from the airport is very easy, take the bus no. 150 and get off right behind it. You can reach many places in Miami by public transportation from the same stop. Our room had 2 double beds and it was very useful for our family of 3. The furnishings in the room were new and comfortable.

Breakfast was inadequate. On the other hand, even though I paid for the hotel in cash and in advance, they blocked my credit card and it was removed after 10 days after I left the hotel. I had a hard time getting helpful feedback despite reporting multiple times. Parking fees in Miami are expensive, but at least for the hotel's own customer, a more reasonable fee could be set.

just ok if you r looking for a budget place in Miami Beach.

Clean room, pool was not crowded, and fast check in.

Parking-wish there was a map of where the parking is located, I drove around 3 times and then had to stop and go in to ask where parking was. The traffic in the location was awful. Breakfast was not good.

Plz choose something in north beach it self

May be the price but i don’t think its worth it even i liked only the Italian restaurant downstairs

Staff specially this guy at the reception with glasses really he was very rude Cleaning the room you must request before and even i requested at the first day to be cleaned every day they forget to clean it i have to call them to bring towels Internet has been interrupted for 3 days and my staying was 4 days and every day i am asking they are telling me we don’t know in a rude way and very disgusting way really it was a bad experience Also the location was far from places of interest

Close to the beach, also walking distance to restaurants a south beach. Have the trolley stop in which is free , just in front of the hotel
