It was warm but expected for Texas weather

Bathrooms are amazing! The tub even fits chubby chick's! You are near everything, mall, food, entertainment all while it being pretty quiet. The dinner across the street is also delicious for breakfast.

The bed is uncomfortable there was nothing I could do to sleep well in their beds. Everything is tiny. Door ways, shower. Couldn't even get the luggage trolly past the entrance way bc it couldn't fit through.

Considering how many families we saw at the hotel, I was amazed at how quiet our room was. No doors slamming or TVs blaring through the walls. No clunky air conditioner/refrigerator sounds. We slept great, which is rare to experience in a hotel!

It's a very minor problem, but the pool was quite small and there were no tables/chairs for holding your items while you swam, or for non-swimmers to sit and watch. Just a single bench.

The staff member that checked me in was wonderful! He was informative and kind.

The room was supposed to have an extra blanket and pillow for the pullout sofa, but there wasn't one. I asked 4 times, once going down in person, but never got any. The final time I called (over 2 hours later and after 3 previous requests), the person at the fron desk said that he was alone now and that I would have to come and get it. Also, connecting with room service was a complete hassle. The front desk (also difficult to reach by phone) suggested that I call the restaurant from my cell phone rather than from the room. Guests shouldn't have to do that to get service that is being offered.

Everything was clean, the staff were super friendly and always so nice to us. Cannot wait to come back again and refer friends and family. We always love coming here for the atmosphere.

The location was perfect for the attractions we were looking for. The staff was very nice. My children loved the gym and swimming pool.

There was hair all around our bathtub. We didn’t complain because we only used the shower.

Found fleas in the bedroom and bath. We don’t have any pets.

The staff was great, particularly Brian. He was the best always made sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything. Great location and restaurants on the property had good food!

I did not like the shower head because the water came out directly on top of your head. Some people do not like their hair to get wet while showering.
