One night stay

Comfortable bed, clean, friendly, close to restaurants, free shuttle to port.

No complementary breakfast or coffee, need a taxi to Old San Juan, would not stay there more than 1or two nights.

Hotel met expectations!

The room was clean. The hotel is "bare bones" but the price was right for the location and good for a 1-2 night stay. We were in San Juan to go on a cruise. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. The AC worked well. Hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to the cruise port. We would stay again if in San Juan for a cruise.

There were only 2 towels in room and no wash cloths.

BEDBUGS on both beds in queen suite! Staff willfully ignores the objective and obvious evidence.

The room has a nice presentation, the lobby was nice, and despite being in a rough feeling area of town the hotel felt very secure. We found bedbugs in our room immediately on check-in and that is the only reason we did not stay.

BEDBUGS! We checked into our room and immediately found evidence of bedbugs along the seams of both mattresses in the room. The stains were on all sides of the mattresses and on both queen sized mattresses. The hotel was immediately notified, and a clerk followed us to our room where he tried to explain the stains by saying that it was rust stains. We are both doctors, and I have a background in microbiology, so we were dismayed by the effort to tell us we were wrong. The clerk did text his supervisor who told him that they had no alternative lodging available. We were told that the stains were not from bedbugs and that was their final decision. We were left trying to find a hotel at 11:45pm in downtown San Juan which was very stressful. We did take plenty of photo evidence which I will include. The FIRST photo I will include is from Purdue University entomology department as a reference photo. The photos being with the shot of the room proving that we were in their hotel. We are asking for a refund and they are refusing, today they told us; "There are no bedbugs on the entire island of Puerto Rico." which is objectively false. I have sympathy because they're horrible to deal with, but turning a blind eye continues to infect travelers.

Basic safe accommodation with courteous staff

Single night stay before a cruise. Close to port and shuttle provided. This isn’t a luxurious hotel but excellent for what it proposes to be- good, clean, safe, convenient location.

nice regular hotel for a cheaper stay not in heart of city

bilingual front desk. very friendly. housekeeping did not leave towels..she brought them.

was not told that limited above ground parking. only 6 spots. and that indoor garage parking is very tight. we rented a small SUV from budget and barely fit in. but made it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The front desk staff was friendly & nice.

Room was filthy. The sheets had black spots and hair on them. One pillowcase had blood on it. The walls had blood and dirt on them. One window had a bullet hole in it.

It's more was OK but...

Location was close to convention center where I was performing its even walkable on comfortable shoes. Localización es cercana al centro de convenciones donde iba a trabajar se puede caminar con zapatos cómodos

No air conditioning on hallway on summer it's to hot i cant control room temperature air conditioning was 75 I know it's important to care for environment but I need it for my makeup I pay for something I don't need to economize anything. No place for bar soap bar soap provide by the place was placed on the floor naked without wrapping. I have difficulties with brushing my teeth because of the minimum water. Parking it's was nightmare park outside please. If you are young and going to a concert ho for it but in my case that for my business trip brought all my family kid mother and grandmother its to tight. But I will stay for a stay for my self.

AC worked well. Refrigerator in room. Easy check in and check out.

Location not great. Not much around the area. Some abandoned buildings across the street. No coffee maker or shampoo. Just one soap dispenser in shower and one near sink

Gem in San Juan

The area, very near to Convention Center, District T Mobile, cruise ports, restaurants, public transportation. The hotel is very clean. With the covid we need a clean and desinfected rooms.

Economical place to stay before cruise.

central location. We just needed a place to stay until our cruise. Easy to get around with Uber, close to the port and airport.

could use some repairs. sink was loose from the wall, when it poured the roof and windows leaked, and toilet seat shifted when you sat down.

Cheap but convenient.

The location is a short ten minute walk away from the Puerto Rico Convention Center. There’s also a wonderful restaurant, Casita Miramar, less than ten minutes walking distance away.

They charge patrons a few for wash cloths. $2 per wash cloth. They don’t offer breakfast. The TV didn’t work and then didn’t have an information packet in English.
