All the staff are very kind and do everything they can to please and satisfy you.

This is a lovely little hotel in central Pristina. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are great cafes and restaurants nearby and it is convenient to explore the city. The rooms were of a good standard.

The cafe next door had loud music in the evening but it was finished by 10.30pm.

Breakfast is nice. Service is good.

If you come with a car, you will need to pay 10 euros for 24 hour parking in the opposite side of parking lot. The parking lot administration is not related to the hotel. The hotel did not have a parking lot but I have learned that beforehand. To be safe, I am okay to pay 10 euros for secured parking.

Everything was perfect

Both ladies at reception were very kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive in ordering taxis, giving directions etc essentially functioning as both reception and concierge. A man who I met briefly upon checking in (seemed to be owner or general manager) was also very welcoming and kindly answered questions I had regarding laundry and guiding me to places to eat. Staff generally have a pleasant positive attitude. The hotel is very clean. A cozy place to stay. Everything is within walking distance. Despite the many positives what really made it for me was the hotel staff.

All was good. Might be hard to find as despite the good location the building doesn’t stick out like others in the area.

The location of the Hotel is City Centre and there are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Everywhere is very clean and comfortable and there is a wide variety of very good food available at breakfast All the staff were wonderfull, always helpful, smiling and went out of there way to try and ensure you had a memorable stay. We had a return flight cancellation at 8.30 pm the evening before a 12.35 pm flight the next day.They arranged a 7 seater minibus,which so happened to be a brand new vehicle,to take us to Sofia in Bulgaria for flights we managed to book later on the same day. For the price of the rooms this is a superb hotel and I would advise anyone who wants 6 star service in a small 18 roomed hotel to give this a try.
