REFUND!!!!

There were homeless outside the property. I never stayed there. I told them all of that and I have not been refunded as yet!

That i could sleep in it

The pictures werent as advertised, they lied about the 10 minute convention walk, the area was bad, the sink was running, the neighbors were loud, the place reeked of liquor, directions confusing, and i didn’t even get the sofa bed i was booking for

Very poor

Not accomodated at all. They made us stand outside the building because it wasn't 4pm. The entry to the apartment is shady area. The bedroom size is very small. Balcony opens up to trash area/ dump area. So it's waste having a balcony bcoz one can't really make use of it. The apartments needs some maintenance and repair. Sofa and chair are both old and have no cushioning left. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly as we could still see the stains.

we don’t like building and lot of mosquitoes. we ask for mosquito spray but they didn’t provide us .

a very nice stay!

the apartment is in the center of downtown area. It is near to supermarket, restaurants, shopping center (probably 2-4 blocks away from the apartment), etc. The apartment is very clean, roomy (adequate for 5 people), and very well equipped. if I have a chance to go to LA for the 2nd time, i will definitely re-book this apartment!

perfect spot for a quick visit to LA

The only thing that I could honestly say was a draw back while staying was 1. how to work the 3 remotes 2. how to start the dishwasher I loaded the dishwasher for a clean exit for staff and could not for the life of me figure out the 7 buttons with no identification. lol same goes for the tv. There was one time I got the tv to work and the internet lost connection (which it does that at our house to from time to time- so not a problem) but I couldn’t figure out how I did it to begin with. but other than that, everything was amazing!

Not perfect but good value for money.

1. Good proximity to downtown LA. 2. Reasonably priced. 3. Most facilities and amenities were in good condition (except heating).

1. The PIN code given to me was wrong so I couldn’t get into the unit. I had to call customer service to reset the password. This was highly inconvenient for my family standing outside the door after our long flight from Australia. 2. In addition to the above, I haven’t been refunded for my early check-in request which was not honoured. 3. The heating does NOT work. 4. Parking is not available. 5. As a result of 4 above, I asked for the address beforehand to decide which parking lot to book. I find it very odd and suspicious that you wouldn’t give the address of the accommodation to a guest that has paid in full. This really doesn’t make sense to me. 6. There is graffiti all over the building which makes it look quite sketchy. 7. There wasn’t enough laundry detergent provided.

Good

I liked the space of the apartment and the bathroom and kitchen facilities are really nice.

No instructions on how to operate certain appliances, no normal kettle, so couldn't make coffee due to not knowing how to operate the coffee machine. TV hardly plays any of the channels, and the TV is not a smart TV so you can't login to streaming apps.

I would stay here again forsure.

This property was clean and so beautiful inside. the staff was also very amazing!

i didn’t like that they were able to confirm if we will be able to check in early or not but a $50 was paid for early check-in.

a good place for staying downtown, anywhere downtown you will see homeless people so this spot was really nice

it was close to everything downtown and has convienient parking.

Disappointed that essential functions like taking a shower and having heat were not made affordable to me while staying

Spacious.

The heat was not working and sufficient efforts were not made to rectify it, so I spent a week cold. The shower door was broken by a prior renter and no steps were made to rectify it. I had to clean water up everyday.

Spacious apartment in very good position for Congress Center

The apartment is new, quite spacious and in a very good position for downtown LA. The sofa bed area is spacious and with a dedicated bathroom, so it is very convenient to share the apartment with friends. The terrace is very beautiful.

The apartment, in particular the bathrooms, could have been better cleaned. There is not a second bedroom, as the murphy bed is in the kitchen area with only a curtain as separation. To access the sofa bed area there is a spiral stair, which is not easy to use with big suitcases. The sofa beds coould be more confortable.

Very poor

Insides were remodel and looks nice, but outside were looking bad.

Bathroom fan was too loud and you could not even turn it off. Also there was low frequency noise on one of bedrooms which was so loud and you could not sleep. In the morning on the last day, at 8:45, someone(probably cleaning person) tries to open the front door. I will never recommend anyone to stay this place.

Beautiful Apartment! Don't Bring a car unless you plan on paying for parking

Place was very beautiful, well furnished, beds were comfortable.

I wish there was photos of what the front looks like. I forgot to take a photo myself but it took us 2 goes around the block to find the entrance. The Parking situation is no joke! Make sure to read the parking signs, the meter parking is free after a certain time but you have to pay after 8am. Theres also parking around the area however it is pricey

Good experience. Would probably stay there again.

The apartment was fully renovated, very spacious, and very comfortable. Attention to enter it for the first time was duly provided. Surrounded by bars!

Reservation paperwork was quite a burden, and the area was somewhat tricky, but all in all, I was happy to stay there.
