Absolutely everything. This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and facilities. Food is superb. Location is great too. Excellent value and we would definitely stay here again. Recommended by our daughter who stayed here in 2022. Roof top bar at night is lovely too.

I stayed 4 nights at the Alagon D`antique and really enjoyed it. Staff, rooms, style of hotel, breakfast, location in the center but still quite - everything was to my full satisfaction. Even the pool, which was critized in some reviews, was clean and perfectly located on the roof of the hotel. I stay in a lot hotel, business wise and privately each year and I can say I can really recommend this hotel. I have no clue why it has only a 7.8 on booking. It fully diserves a 9.0 minimum. I will stay here again when I come back to Saigon.

I stayed at alagon hotel four years ago and was very impressed, especially the breakfast and afternoon tea were very rich and delicious. However, when I came to stay in the hotel this time, the breakfast was not as good as before, the PHO was not as delicious as before, the dishes were not as much as before, and the afternoon tea was not as rich as before. There was a little regret. In addition to breakfast and afternoon tea, the comfort of the rooms, the pool service, the rooftop bar are all excellent, the front desk staff, the housekeeping are all excellent. Next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City, I would choose to stay here again, but hope to improve breakfast and afternoon tea.

Very cosy room , with comfortable beds(twin bed), even thought I had a room without window. Good breakfast . Good location.

The door staff and guys that did bags were so helpful. The beds were good and room was nice and it was clean. Massage team good.

Can't see reception staff as computer screens in way. Hot water hit and miss. No bedside table one side. Just silly. Breakfast quality average but not poor. Pool needs a clean really. Room was late being available and we were given late check out which was already included. Pool shared between these Alagon hotels so all a bit cramped.

The staff were exceptional and the rooms were ultra clean. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone from pancakes to steamed veggies and noodles. The location can not be equaled - right in the middle of district one and a 4 min walk to the market. The roof top pool and bar area is awesome and the free high tea each afternoon was a lovely touch. Bruno’s service was second to none and he was extremely helpful and kind. I would only stay here in Saigon.

Breakfast had a vast range of options, from American/European to Vietnamese cuisine, vegan friendly. Everything is super clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooftop with the pool and spa is amazing - lots of plants, making it an exceptional atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place, 10/10 experience!

Overall, our stay was great! Everyone is very attentive and helpful. They have enough food choices for breakfast and their high noon tea was great. Big enough room and amenities. We had peaceful and quiet sleeps.

Small elevators. Big glasses in the bathroom. We did not use them because there is big chance that you'll break them because of their big sizes that you cannot hold them right. They did not replace the bathroom amenities eventhough the content is no longer enough for another day use.
