Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très bien situé dans la résidence, en face de la piscine, pratique pour avoir un oeil sur les enfants. La literie était formidable, l'appartement très cosi. Le propriétaire s'est soucié de notre bien-être et était très réactif.

Absolute Gem!

An absolutely lovely apartment, very clean, well maintained and looked after. Is exactly as pictured. Both Frank & Shelley great communicators from the moment we booked until we left. Shelley met us on arrival and showed us around and how to use the apartment facilities. Nothing was too much. Easy access to the beach which is also close by and free to enter . Pool right outside the apartment is nice. We will definetly book with Frank and stay again. Thank you both for a great stay.

You will be surrounded by good food people and a pool 😉

What I liked about this property is it was very CLEAN and close to shops bars and restaurants and they were all in walking distance the owner and the housekeeper Mrs Shelly was top tier ❤️

Beautiful designed apartment and comfortable.

The property was immaculate. Everything in its place and was spotless. Photographs don’t do the apartment justice. On the day of our arrival there has been a burst water pipe somewhere which affected the water to the room - we were updated and made aware of the issue- this was resolved quickly. We had daily messages from either Frank or Shelley in case of any issues which was very reassuring. Shelley the housekeeper came to see us on arrival and made us feel very welcome, went above expectations and sourced us a taxi to find a rental car. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and located next to the beach and walking distance to turtle river park and shops.

The receptionist was quite unapproachable and didn’t want to help with anything when asked (not the apartments issue). The apartment is poolside which is ideal. However you are unable to access the pool from this side without climbing over the fence - in the evening when sitting on the patio listening to music - lots of local idlers visit the complex ( unsure why you need a wrist band, when you can just come in?). I don’t think I would stay here without my husband for this reason.

PERFECT from start to finish!

The property was EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and the bed was really comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your meals as well as the bathroom and living room. Everything felt well thought out to actually accommodate guests traveling from a whole different country. The property was in the PERFECT spot. Close to everything! the restaurants, beaches, waterfalls etc. Most restaurants are walking distance and we spent a few days just trying them out and going on tours throughout our stay. The host, Frank, is a very understanding person. He made sure things are as convenient as possible for us with no hesitation. He checks in on us during our stay and made it clear that if we should need anything, he’s just a call or msg away. Shelley, the housekeeper, was very warm and welcoming. We felt right at home the moment we got the keys and passcode to the property. she’s amazing at what she does. I can only hope we meet more people like her that takes her work seriously.

Lovely accommodation to stay

I loved the whole place, it's modern, in a good location to the shops and you can go anywhere as the taxi stand is close by. The apartment is call mod con its like home from home and has all you need for your holiday. Frank & Shelly both checked in on us regularly so that was really nice. I felt at home. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time

The apartment is home away from home,very clean and comfortable. Location is ideal right in the middle of Ocho Rios,we had no problem getting around. The pool view and the garden are all over my granddaughter's Instagram page because she took so many pictures there.Thanks to Frank for checking up on us and a big shout out to Shelley, great hospitality. Only regret was we weren't able to stay longer but we will certainly be back.

Beautiful Apartment

I frequently visit Sandcastles and I truly enjoyed out stay at Almond Grove At Sandcastles. It is by far one of the better apartments we have stayed in. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio by the pool with a few drinks and great music. It was such a vibe. Our housekeeper Shelly and our host Frank were very friendly. Frank was available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. He also checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and that we we’re comfortable. We will definitely be back to visit. 🙂

I loved it

This apt was everything...very clean, tv, AC, all appliances where in great working condition. Very relaxed atmosphere 😊 what more could u ask for. This location is conveniently surrounded by lots of stores, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket, I also loved that the beach is just steps away from this apt. I would recommend this apt to anyone I was truly satisfied... thanks again ❤️ B back soon God's willing !! 😊

Superb

Everything was excellent from customer service to the place.The area was convenient,I went over to Margaritaville.Good vibes & nice food but we had to pay $1,000 to access the pool/beach.

Lovely apartment

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Ochi. Sandcastles location is ideal for access to the beach, local markets, supermarkets, restaurants, taxi service and attractions. The apartment itself was a nice size and layout with all the needed facilities - we didn’t need to ask for anything. It was very homely and has one of the nicest interiors on the complex. Frank and house manager, Shelly were very accommodating and assured they were available if anything was needed. Shelly changed the towels as required on our stay and was very helpful. Will definitely be booking in the future!
