place is a total rip off! fIrst you charge for every little thing nothing included except coffee and then the prices on everything were at least double but most 3 times what it normally cost! 5 bucks for a 20oz coke is stupid. 4 bucks for a skittles 4bucks for a muffin you guys suck and i'll never go to another aloft should be named A HOLD UP!

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was gorgeous and so clean.

Easy access to parking and location.

The mattress was broken down and worn out. It lead to a bad night sleep and a backache the next day. I would recommend they check their mattresses and replace.

We booked for 2 days in advance ( king) check in was told kings weren't available due to out of order ? Double bed it is. Room a little weird layout. Dog hair on the pillow. Tv did work for a while. Phone in room has no way of reaching front desk.

Only needs to add a microwave to the room for reheating food. Otherwise, perfect.

It was a bit misleading about the breakfast. It might have been us not understanding it, but the breakfast can get spendy at $2 for the cereal and extra for the milk, etc.
