This hotel is really starting to show its age. The room was really in rough shape and the floors were dirty even though my room wasn't ready at check-in.

The bed was comfortable. The ac was nice and cold. The room was clean and modern.

Breakfast was expensive $10 for breakfast burrito or sausage biscuit room smell was very musky moldy smelling. All the pool cue were missing the tips found one on the floor had to tape it on just to even play a game of pool with my son

Was taking my son on vacation before school started it was just me and him I book at the wrong okc location charged $184 cancellation fee room rate was only $125/night even after I rebooked 2 nights at the other aloft location. I emailed and called in person to ask for a fee waiver never got a email reply and was told by phone they would notify manager right away to try and get an answer never received a call back 2 days later was billed for the fee. I will be never stay at another aloft if fee not waived and returned.

it was a nice vibe i enjoyed the pool table along with the extra security on the elevator felt very safe and the staff was very kind

the shower had a orange pink in the corner but overall it wasn’t bad

It’s a fun concept and the staff were great. Also loved that I could bring my dog.

It’s starting to get a little worn down. The carpets weren’t super clean and there was paint worn of the corners of the room.

The bed was ok

The air conditioning in the lobby didn’t work and the air conditioning in my room only worked when it was on 65 or lower. When I woke up the next day I saw that some people’s cars had been broken into and glass was in those parking spaces. A worker had mentioned that it happens often and that it was little kids that target trucks to break into. So yo protect my property I decided to leave early but I still had to pay for 2 nights.

Access from freeway was easy.

My husband and I were both badly bitten by bedbugs. We made a phone call to Marriott Corporate the day after (July 3, 2023). I was told that I would be contacted and NOTHING. NO ONE HAS CALLED OR EMAILED AND WE ARE COVERED WITH BEDBUG BITES!!!!!

I liked the security of having to use key cards for your elevator floor….other than that the beds were comfortable. Room was way smaller than depicted in pics and was made very cheaply. out of 5 nights, only refreshed the room once. bad location/neighborhood and didn’t like the “crowd” at the hotel. won’t be staying there again.
