Un hôtel de transit parfait !

L’accueil et l’enregistrement qui se fait très rapidement. Bravo. Propreté à première vue de la chambre mais avec les tapis, il y a sans doute de la poussière, car on a s’est mis à moucher et éternuer.

Le fait que j’ai mis une note moindre est que je n’ai pas réussi à dormir à cause que des gens à l’extérieur de l’hôtel faisaient des courses d’auto. La couette du lit est dans une fibre qui ne respire pas. J'avais chaud, j’avais froid. Donc, il faudrait réévaluer ce qui est inséré dans la couette qui est sans doute synthétique. J’ai été encore incapable de me servir de la cafetière. Le mode d’emploi pour ouvrir la cafetière devrait être plus explicite. Je suggère aussi que l’entretien du système de ventilation soit fait régulièrement. Clest peut été la cause qu’on alèse mis à éternuer. Ces commentaires pour les deux derniers items sont faits dans un sens d’amélioration de la qualité car on adore aller à votre hôtel à chaque fois qu’ils doit faire un overnignt à Toronto.

Convenient & modern room but fairly expensive

Bed was comfortable, rooms were modern & bathroom was nicely fitted out. Its very near to the air train so convenient

Convenient location with comfort

VEry convenient location near the airport - with tram transfer 24h00. COmfort is great and very quiet rooms. Nice shower. A lot to offer.

Excellent and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was clean and well set up. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a European boutique feel about it which I liked very much. The staff were super friendly and efficient and the avocado toast breakfast was delicious!

My husband and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Room was clean and well equipped . I liked that hotel was so close to airport train. Restaurant food was tasty . The check in process could not have been any easier.

I would have liked a tunnel or immediate connection to the train , although it was fine as it was a short walk to the facility.

No personal service. Very cold feeling. Bathroom doors are HORRIBLE.

I liked that i could use the terminal train to take the Airport Express to downtown toronto then fly out the next day.

There was no safe in the room for my laptop so I had to take it with me downtown Toronto. Could not figure out how to turn glowing night light off in the room. Ended up having to pull out the light room card and killing all lights in the room. Bed was not comfortable and made a lot of noise when moving around.

Was perfect for a quick sleep before an early morning flight.

Quick walk to the Link train for the airport. Food was excellent at the restaurant!

Love the modern design and attention to detail in the design.

The sound proofing is excellent, we couldn’t hear the planes overhead. Air quality was also good, the air conditioning system was fairly quiet. Love the decor! The airport train shuttle takes you right to the hotel, so no need to wait for a shuttle bus.

Great hotel, clean and bright, fresh style. Restaurant / bar is quite good. Direct access to the LINK shuttle train, bringing you to terminals or the UP train into Toronto. If you have small children, "Malton Adventure Playground" is just over 5 minutes' drive away on quiet roads, to tire them out before a flight.
