Una excelente opción para alojarse en Phnom Pehn.

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones muy espaciosas y con inmejorables vistas al rio. Excelente desayuno a la carta. Tiene un bar en la última planta muy agradable. Nos permitieron salir a las 2PM sin sobrecoste.

Conexión deficiente de Internet.

Nice breakfast and great location

The room was big, and the location was great. The rooftop bar is also nice; however, as they use the same entrance as the public, guests sometimes have to wait for a lift during busy times or some cruise groups arrive simultaneously.

The room is not soundproof or double-glassed.

Very pleasant stay in Phnom Penh

Staff at concierge were amazing, thank you! Generous room size, loved that. Cute balcony, overlooking the river. Walking distance to the Palace doors. Breakfast that we chose was amazingly presented, but there is a lack of vegetarian options.

Nothing outwardly bad to say about the hotel. Perhaps wish they had a pool, it was very hot!

A wonderful experience. This hotel felt like we stepped back in time. Gorgeous building, wooden floors and beautiful fur

Beautiful property, very clean and large rooms. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, royal palace and great view of the river especially on the roof top terrace. Gorgeous wooden floors and we were surprised at how large the rooms were. The restaurant Sombok attached to the hotel has wonderful service and delicious food. All staff very friendly and we would definitely come back to stay.

Well located and comfortable hotel.

Hotel is located a few minutes from the royal palace. We stayed in the executive suit which is huge. Comfortable beds and good aircon. Well designed furniture. A nice breakfast is served in the separate restaurant on the ground floor. A nice rooftop bar serves good cocktails.

The entrance hall feels like an office reception. The staff is not friendly. One get the feeling to deal with a public administration. Commercial sense is lacking.

Exceptional

We loved everything about the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious with a balcony. All the staff were so helpful, polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us feel exceedingly welcome. The rooftop bar was a perfect way to relax after a long day exploring and the location was excellent.

Lovely return to a very welcoming hotel

We only stayed here a week ago, this time returning for just one night on our way out of Cambodia. The staff remembered everything about us, welcomed us back like old friends and even left a personalised note in our room thanking us for returning. Those are lovely touches. Great location, great staff, delicious breakfasts.

Last time, we commented about the bad smell of sewage which was the one thing that spoiled a lovely hotel. Well, it wasn’t there at all this time, maybe they’ve cured the problem!

Very good

The overall location was perfect. On the riverside with plenty of locations for food and drinks.

Although the location was great, there were a few issues with the local insects in the room, and the bed was very noisy. Just sitting or moving on it created a great deal of noise. Nevertheless, it did not take away from the overall experience.

Exceptional

The room was beautiful and absolutely huge. Loved the bath (wasn't expecting a bath in the room so an amazing suprise). Bed was comfortable. It's along the river which is really handy as there's alot to do along there. We went to the killing fields and museum via grab which was about 40ims each way (cost about £6 each way)

If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as it's along a busy road (didn't bother us!)

Nice hotel but not 4 star standard

The location of the hotel is excellent, the view from our balcony was great. Room was large with a good bathroom

Upon leaving the room we checked we hadn’t left anything and found a pair of underpants (Not ours !) that must have been there for our entire stay, we told reception on leaving but they more concerned if we had used anything from the minibar. There was a strong smell of smoke that came into the room on occasions, this sometimes even woke us up, assume it must be people who smoke on balconies that somehow gets into the rooms ? At breakfast there was not enough vegetarian options, only muesli or continental, there was no fruit available, only a small amount if you had muesli.

Superb

I was pleasantly surprised to be within a walking distance of everything I wanted to see. The hotel was very clean and neat and the staff incredibly helpful and supportive. I will stay here again if I visit Phnom Penh again.

Great location for stay in Phnom Penh.

Great location overlooking the river and the temple. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Restaurant for breakfast is really classy with lovely food. Fantastic view from Le Moon rooftop bar. Would be happy to stay here again.
