Comfortable, friendly, excellent quality, calm and clean.

Clean, great quality, modern, resort with friendly staff that do so much to help you - and genuinely say hello and good morning, rather than just saying hi. Special mention for our room attendant Odi, who always cleaned our room to perfection and never missed replacing our consumables - like soap, cotton buds, and coffee etc. I also like the fact that when they ask you for any feedback a few minor things that I mentioned to them, such as larger quantities of butter for the toast at breakfast, and an additional knife, were acted on immediately. The next morning everyone was being served larger portions of butter and tables were laid with an additional knife. Only small things, but they really want to make any improvements that they can.

We had an adjoining room door in our room which unfortunately meant that we could hear more than we wanted to from our neighbours.

Чисто , опрятно , рядом с аэропортом. Нормальный завтрак.

Плохая обработка от москитов, поменял десяток отелей на Бали , тут хуже всего с этим дела. Минибар пустой. На завтраке персонал , в затупках пока не наедешь не начинают вокруг тебя плясать, скромным будет тяжко . В 11 утра начали сверлить , просьба на ресепшен повременить хотя бы до 12 не возымела успеха. Рейтинг 9 много для этого отеля и беда думаю в управлении, т.к. в целом сам отель гуд , а вот системного стремления к совершенству не замечено. На Бали очень много отличных отелей с невероятным отношением, прощаются мелкие косяки на раз два, тут , почему то печаль… и вроде бы норм на одну ночь то!? Но … нет, москиты невероятно кусачие :)))

Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert :)

Das Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich und geht auch auf extra Wünsche ein.

Das einzig negative, dass ich zu dem Hotel sagen kann ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Wenn jemand auf dem Flur entlanggeht ist es von der Lautstärke so als würde man keine Zimmertür haben. Gespräche aus den angrenzenden Nachbarzimmern hört man leider auch.

A beautiful secluded getaway

The front desk staff Candra,Tana,Bawa,Krisna were all very good . The restaurant serves order from menu for breakfast. I thought that was fabulous. It stopped us from overeating and also reduced wastage of food. That was really awesome. The staff at the restaurant were also very polite. The rooms were clean. The resort uses sustainable materials..that's what impressed me most...not much plastic at all...

beautiful gem in Kuta

We loved this place. In busy Kuta near waterbomb but it was very peaceful here. Location is very handy - short walk to mall, money changers, cafes, bars and restaurants. Beautifully outfitted - modern features with traditional touches. Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. I really liked the library. Gorgeous plunge/lap pool with poolside service. Very adult vibe which was great for us although a few babies around. friendly staff and good spa. we felt safe at all times and well looked after. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this Gem.

I didn't want to leave - such a lovely place to stay.

Ottimo hotel con camera spaziosa ed accogliente a due passi dalla spiaggia e dell aereoporto

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita ed accogliente. La posizione, benché la struttura sia in una stradina secondaria, è ottima in quanto a 5/10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Kuta. Sono stato poche ore perché avevo un volo (aereoporto a 10 minuti di taxi) la mattina presto, ma consiglio questo hotel. Non potendo usufruire della colazione, per la partenza presto, mi hanno offerto la cena. In più mi hanno fatto l’upgrade della camera.

Super séjour !

L'hôtel est agréable, décoré avec goût. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. La piscine est top, grande avec de la végétation autour. Bon et copieux petits déjeuners.

Отличное расположение, если вы знаете что такое Кута и готовы к тому. Большие номера, удобная кровать и приятная косметика

Завтраки так себе в том случае, если вы остаетесь более чем на 3-4 дня. Ванна расположена прямо в номере, кондей дует четко на кровать, вас удивит то, как смывается унитаз )

Good for short stay

The hotel is in a narrow street and some 200 meter walk from the Main Street at Kuta area. So it sort of away from the noise and buzz of Kuta. The property looks bit tired including the room. There is sort of musty smell but helps once the air conditioner is on. I think Kuta area more catered to people who like the noise and buzz of city entertainment. Wasn’t my cup of tea so even though the hotel was good, I would stay in the area. One thing I like to note that the al a carte breakfast was excellent including the staff.

It’s the Kuta area is what I didn’t like rather than the property. I think for the price, the hotel is a great deal!

Very nice room in the Ground floor with exit to pool. Comfortable bed and pillows Good restaurant in the hotel

Poor wifi. During the booking we ordered extra bed for the kids. We arrived to the hotel at night from the airport and faced that extra bed not ready and not available for first night. As a result, it was not possible to rest from the flight

Very nice stay in the heart of Kuta.

We had an upgrade which was lovely. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Breakfast was enormous and perhaps too much food as it was a set menu. Very pleasant stay indeed.

It is a great hotel. Probably not for kids. A place to relax in the hustle and bustle of Kuta.

It was a happy ending to our beautiful honeymoon in Bali.

Everything was phenomenal and exceed our expectations. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and can speak English very well. Clean rooms and hotel.

Good value for money and top-notch staff

- Nice location at the heart of Kuta, with shopping mall (5min) and beach (15min) within walking distance; a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. - Good breakfast and dining choices (meals and poolside bar) - Full amenities including comfortable bed and a nice sun bed on each private balcony, which is an amazing touch - Exceptional service and great hospitality of the staff which is the highlight of my trip. Always attentive to the needs and very friendly (Especially Dea and Widi at reception & restaurant, and Odi at room cleaning)

Room service could be improved. I ordered twice the same dish at the restaurant and via room service, and think the food quality has quite a difference. Nothing major but could help bring it to the next level

Great relax

Their hospitality is amazing. Mr Yulius was very nice and also Widi at the restaurant (and everybody in the hotel). The hotel was perfectly clean. Breakfast is amazing, delicious and with plenty of choices. We loved how comfortable the bed was. Pool is clean, sunbeds are comfy and you get pool towels, too. There was no noise at night which was great.

Hotel in Kuta a walking distance to the beach

Not too far from the beach ie some 150 meters away. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pleasant and clean hotel with good services from its staff. Breakfast is served to order from its standard menu.

After staying in Ubud and enjoying the surrounding nature, staying in this hotel was just like the normal hotel elsewhere. Could not feel the Balinese as in Ubud. Location of hotel is a little tricky from the main street as you need to approach via a narrow lane about 100 meters in distance. Could hear noises coming from Water Bom which is adjacent to the hotel.

A wonderful stay that is family friendly, clean and everything we could have asked for.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our rooms were very nice and my parents room even got a free upgrade which was a sweet surprise. The staff was nice and accommodating.

There is a lot of courses included with the breakfast but we felt like the quality was not the best. We wouldn't have minded less plates. For example, my dad got a bagel and he said it was really tough and seemed like days old.

Nice hotel, great staff, good location. breakfast very good, better than dinner. BHAVA Spa is excellent, highly recommend it.

Exceptional

The room was spacious and very well maintained. The bed and blanket are super comfy. The water is war and the shower is nicely maintained. Love the chosen amenities, the scent of the soap, shampoo, and everything is very nice and very relaxing. The location of the hotel is a bit secluded but it makes the hotel is quiet although its located in Kuta. The choice of breakfast is also great and the taste is very good

Exceptional stay at Kuta

The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious and the food is delicious. The highest praise of the hotel is the staff. Everyone is super kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Dee. She is truly a gem ! The management must be very proud of their staff. We even had another booking to a different hotel and we cancelled it in order to stay longer here! We were in room 213 & 513! If you are lucky and find availability, don’t miss the chance to book the hotel. We are looking forward to visiting them again. Thank you everyone for this amazing experience.
