Not as higher score as last two visits.

3rd stay at Anik and always enjoy the experience. Staff are always happy and helpful and that is one of the nicest hotels I stay in that respect. Pool is very clean and good area for sun worship. Pool food and bar service is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality. Afternoon tea. See photo.

Room I had this time really didn't have any natural light as it's window was 4 foot away from a brick wall. Bit dissapointed but guess you win some and lose some in allocation. The lamps warming the beans, bacon and sausage are not good enough and they are always cold.

Good stay , would recomend.

Comfy beds. Good choice at breakfast. Friendly staff . Really helpful at breakfast.

Things are not warm enough at breakfast. I have stated this over a number of stays but it's not improved. No good heating beans and bacon and sausage with a lamp that's too far away. Lock on bathroom door broken. Reported.

Excellent staff. Great breakfast choice. Decorated for Christmas and made me feel at home. Pool always clean. Will definitely book a stay over the festive season.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Das Hotel ist ein Traum..Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen in Kambodscha unterwegs. Das Anik Palace war mit Abstand das beste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise. Es beginnt mit dem Eingangsbeteich (roter Teppich)und der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist bis ins letzte Detail einfach SUPER.Super freundlicher Empfang,sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet Zimmer und das Frühstück einfach spitze.Wer möchte kann auf der Dachterrasse den Tag am Pool und am Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Wenn wir wieder nach Phnom Penh fahren, dann nur das Anik.Die 4 Sterne sind für mich nicht korrekt. Das ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Phnom Penh. Wir kommen wieder, das ist ein Versprechen.

Es bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Anik.Ein perfektes Hotel ,vom Empfang über die freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption bis hin zu den Zimmern. Alles perfekt. Ach übrigens, weil alles so perfekt ist, kommen wir im Februar bereits wieder nach Phnom Penh und wo übernachten wir im Anik.

Beautiful hotel with rooftop pool

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything. Rooftop pool is amazing and gym is better than most. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is good and had a lot of variety. Rooms are large, very clean, and quite modern.

The elevators are very, very slow so it would be nice to make the stairs accessible to guests. Gym could use some yoga mats and cleaning spray/wipes!

Anik Palace was clean, comfortable and has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast was great and love the service. Served eggs Benedict and Florentine! Delicious breakfast!

Very nice, would recommend to others.

we arrived early and they let us into the room before checkin. Amazing breakfast with everything you could ever want. The staff were very helpful. Pool and bar area very relaxing

Construction site next door were jackhammering up until 5pm which was loud at the pool/bar until it stopped.

Nice hotel for couple of nights

Lovely hotel with a nice pool and roof bar to watch a sunset. The city is very busy and full of traffic so sitting on the roof and look at the city from above felt nice and far away. We didn't eat at the hotel accept a breakfast which was very continental.

I didn't like the construction - next door , but it is not the hotel's fault.. so can't complain about it.. otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Un hôtel magnifique

Piscine, skybar Très beau cadre au cœur du centre ville. Petit déjeuner parfait. Lit très confortable. Hôtel magnifique. Personnel très serviable.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait que 3 transats et 3 lits pour l'ensemble des clients au bord de la piscine (il faut arriver tôt), et fenêtres de la chambre sales.

This place is close to the markets, tuk tuks are waiting out the front to take you anywhere you want, the hotels rooftop

Anik hotel, would I stay there again sadly no. .

The location

The fact that towels weren’t replaced and had to be asked to. The restaurant was good but staff need to be more proactive in removing plates used etc. having to complain every day that the coffee, eggs were cold! Finally settling your bill and on the way to the airport have a call to say you still owe 6 dollars from the 31st December even though you settled your bill on the 4th January this is so unacceptable! Having paid the taxi driver over the odds to pay the 6 dollar bill because you had no lower currency and he says he had no change! Maybe this is one of the many reasons I would not stay at the Anik hotel again.

Great stay

Lovely place, excellent value for money, in a good location, good restaurant, big variety of food for breakfast, friendly staff.

There are some construction works going on the area, but this don’t bother us.

Ganz tolles Hotel

Excellent service in this high class hotel for an affordable price

The bed was very comfortable, very good breakfast, nice swimming pool and overall excellent service

Some travelers don’t respect the rules and smoke in the rooms. Even after cleaning it smells.

Bon hôtel à Phnom Penh

Le petit déjeuner en buffet copieux et diversifié (boissons chaudes et œufs servis à table). La piscine sur le toit, agréable après une journée de visite. Nous avons bénéficié d'un check out tardif jusqu'à 14h sans supplément. Ils nous aidé pour organiser une croisière au coucher du soleil sur le Mékong (15$ /pers)

Chambre un peu petite comparée aux autres hébergements que nous avons pu avoir pendant notre séjour.

Great 4 star accommodations in a central location

It is centrally located and a shorter walk to Bassac Lane and Manis. It has a nice bathroom and overall three room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a lot of options and was delicious. Service all around was excellent.

Nothing not to like, it was a great value and i I was very happy with my stay.

It really was palatial looking and had a grand feel about it.

Really great value for money. Beautiful hotel and the location was superb too. I liked that we were surrounded by good food as well. Staff were friendly and the High tea was so so worth it.

The lifts could be programmed to ensure 1 goes up while the other is going down.

Luxury, comfort and great food for a reasonable price

Luxury for a great price, the tastiest free breakfast including European options like serrano ham, whole wheat bread, yoghurt and soft cheeses, cereal. The bed and room were extremely comfortable, clean and luxurious and the rooftop view is an added bonus!

Great hotel in a very good location and a real luxury feel.

Amazing staff. Big welcome on arrival by Sopher and lots of very helpful support particularly from Phearith. Breakfast and bar staff also great. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great ambience. Pool area is amazing and a lovely room for a very comprehensive breakfast. we stayed in Rm 908 with a city view which was really good. Location is excellent for restaurants and bars and other tourist attractions.

Beautiful hotel with a great location close to all the sights.

Great location and very welcoming staff. The hotel building is beautiful with a really nice pool and pool bar. The staff are very helpful and polite. Would stay again!

Water is provided but only two bottles, you cannot request more.

5 star hotel

Everthing was like the pictures on booking .com .it was immaculately clean and the staff were very helpful we asked to move as we didnt like the view which was a brick wall but no hesitation they mooved us straight away .The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and all fresh they even allowed us to eat breakfast earlier as we neededto leave for a flight .The pool area was also kept immaculately clean the staff were so helpful and were really friendly and happy nothing was too much trouble for them definitely worth the money to stay there which was actually excellent value for money just wish we had been able to stay longer.

Great!

Amazing staffs, Sambor and Nara at the pool rooftop bar were the best. Room was clean. Rooftop and food was amazing. Also the room was ready early and they allowed us to check in earlier, thank you so much.

Room a bit dark. Staffs at reception were not really friendly. During checkout, i was asked to return the laundry bag if not I would need to pay 15dollars, the way the staff demanded it was a bit condescending. Didn’t know of such charges, would’ve been better if there was a note or memo to inform the charge of the laundry bag

Very pleased

The staff were really nice and went the extra mile to help where they can. The hotel was really nice and the restaurants were good to eat at. I would go there again and I would recommend it to anyone I know.

The rooms need a bit of a refresh as you can see it needs decorating.
